21. My Time Is Now.

I just finished talking to Stephanie about the whole plan. I still can't believe I'm going to be the next Divas champion. Kaitlyn is champion right now, and we've been going at each others throat so they thought it would be a nice ending to our rivalry. I started walking down the halls to find Jon so we could leave since we don't have work till tomorrow. 

As I turned the corner I found Jon sitting on one of the barricades talking with Colby. I walked up to the both them, with a smile plastered on my face. I felt like the freakin joker...

"Hey guys." I said to the boys.

"How'd it go?" Jon said jumping off the barricade.

"Good." I replied trying to remain professional even though I wanted to scream out "I"M YOUR NEXT DIVAS CHAMPION!!!!."

"Good? That's all?" Colby asked confused.

"Well what did she want?" Jon asked.

"You know the usual, how are you? Would you like a championship opportunity?..." I drawled out.

I looked up and saw both of their eyes go wide. "MY GIRL IS THE NEW CHAMP!!!" Jon yelled out picking me up to spin me around. I giggled as he finally put me down.

"Wow that's amazing. You really deserve it." Colby said pulling me in for one of his bear hugs.

"Thanks." I replied as we pulled away from each other.

"I just can't believe its finally happening. I've been dreaming of this moment for my whole life, and its finally happening..." I said tearing up a bit.

I'm not one to start crying in front of people, but the excitement was overfilling me. This has been my dream since I was a little girl. Becoming champion was one of my goals for WWE, so excuse me for being a little emotional.

"Aww, come here." Jon said pulling me in.

I wrapped my arms around his waist, and snuggled into his shirt. That smelled oh so good... He pulled away from me and placed both of his hands on my shoulders.

"We should celebrate!" He said with a huge grin.

"That sounds like fun, I'll ask Joe if he wants to tag along." Colby said.

They both looked at me, for my approval. I nodded my head, "Yeah that'd be nice." I replied. 

"Cool, I gotta get going. I'll see you guys later, and once again A.J I'm so happy for you." Colby said, giving me a quick hug.

"I'll text you the place!" Jon yelled out to Colby.

Colby gave him a thumbs up and left.

"Ready to head out bud?" Jon asked.

He smirked as he put his arm around me. 

"yep." I replied putting my arm around his waist.

We took off to the hotel to get ready for the bar.

(Fast forward to after the bar. *Not very interesting*)

We just got back from the little celebration. Joe ended up coming, and Colby invited Nick which was awesome since I really haven't been hanging out with him as much. He's still not into the whole me dating Jon thing, but as long as I'm happy he's happy I guess. The whole night was spent drinking, hanging out with the people I love the most.

"That...was..fun." Jon slurred as he fell onto the bed.

Yep he had way too many.

I giggled as I walked over to him. I plopped down next to him. He turned onto his side, his blue eyes gazed into mine.
