Modern Day Monster

Introduction

Monsters, sounds fictional right? Big dangerous creatures that could kill you in just a blink of an eye. Pero pano pag di pala sila ganun? What if they're not as bad as we think? Pano pag pagala gala lang pala sila dito sa mundong ating kinagagalawan. Who knows? Baka monster pala yan naka bangga mo sa kalsada, o kaya yung naka eye to eye mo sa tren, o di kaya... Ako?

I'm Eden Castillo, 17 years old, and as I said... A monster. My ancestors at my mom's side are from Scotland, while my ancestors at my father's side are from the Philippines. Kaya nga 'Castillo' eh. Features? My eyes are black, I'm pale, 5'8, pointed nose, normal lips and My Hair and My eyes turns red when I'm mad. And if ever that happens me myself gets scared too. It's like someone has locked me from my own body. I'm not in control. I'm vulnerable. I do things I could never imagine doing. I say things that I shouldn't say. I hurt people I actually love. That's me. Hard, right? Imagine being 100 times stronger and more dangerous than your normal state. Scary. So I try to be patient as possible. I don't wanna kill somebody. Not again.

My mom is the keeper of the waters. Kaya niyang kontrolin ang lahat ng klase ng tubig. She inherited that from my grandma, my nana. But her, my mom's power, isn't as strong as a full blooded royalty like nana. Nana was the Queen of their kingdom lying underneath the city of Os-nàdarra. They have a secret portal to go here at the land of mortals. But tragically... They were thrown outside and into the land of the mortals just because of my Grandfather.  Who is he you might ask... Well he's a mortal. A human. Not a monster like us. So when the King, My Nana's dad, knew about my Grandma and Grandpa's relationship... She threw mom and nana out of the kingdom as if he wasn't even blood related to them. And I hated him for what he did to my Nana and my mother. He will pay for this.

Author's Note: Guysss! The Os-nàdarra is just a fictional city. Os-nàdarra means supernatural in the Scottish Gaelic btw. And this story is completely fictional. So ibig sabihin... Di siya totoo. This was just based on my imagination. Nothing more. Sana ma-enjoy niyo yung story. And please support.
