* Nikolina's P.O.V *
I walked into class on Monday morning and Jesse wouldn't even look at me . He avioded ne all day and finally I passed him a note in math class :
Jesse , Don't be like this ... you're secret is safe with me . We have to talk about this .
He looked up from the note and relucatantly nodded . After class , school was dissmissed and I caught up with Jesse .
" Hey , Jesse. Thanks for talking with me . " I said , grabing his arm gently and managing a small smile .
" Yeah , well not for long. I can't be around you anymore , Nikki . It's to dangerous . " he said , sadly .
"No , Jesse . No it's not ! I'm not human either.... well ... half . " I explained, grabbing his hand .
" Wait ! Hold up ! Did you just say you're half human ? What's the other half ? " he asked , confused .
" Vampire . My mamma was human when she had me . My dad was a vampire . They're originals . " I said .
" What's an original ? Sorry , I'm new to this , my first full moon was 3 months ago . " he explained .
I smiled .
" My family , the Mikaelson family is the original family of vampires ever created . My mother was the first . My father was second . " I said .
* Note , opps , sorry guys . I just proved myself wrong. ANNA is the first vampire . If you remember my first story , Anna asked Nik why he didn't come looking for her and he said because he Esther told him Anna only had 5 minutes to live and he didn't wanna see her like that :) *
" Wait , you mean like ... THE first ? " Jesse asked , surpsied .
I nodded .
" But how ? " he asked .
" My grandmother cast a spell on them , using my aunt's blood . After the spell , she cast another spell putting my mother in a sleep . My uncle , Damon woke her up 1000 years later and here we are . " I said .
Jesse looked like he was gonna pass out .
" Intense . I'm took the vampire princess on a date . " he said .
I laughed .
" I don't like titles . " I said , smiling .
" So uh ... bye . " he said .
" WAIT ! " I called .
" You're not freaked out are you ? " I asked , worried .
" Honestly? You scare the hell outta me . Okay well , mainly your parents . Scratch that , you're WHOLE family . " he said .
I felt my heart grow heavy .
" Look , I'm sorry. I really do like you Nikki . " he said , pulling me into a hug .
" You know .... my family will be out of town this weekend . " I said , smirking .
He pulled back and smiled .
" Party ! " he said.
I was shocked . I'd never even considerered it ! Brilliant !
" Alright , but you have to be there . " I said , smiling .
" I wouldn't miss it . " he said .
I smiled and waved as I jogged around the corner to the parking lot where my father was glaring at me and pointing to his watch. I smiled nervously and mouthed " sorry " before getting in the car .
