I get slight anxiety every time I have to update this book bc BleachGulper reads this and my writing is shit😭

After everything I decide to take Jaeden home, I don't want anyone else trying shit with him.

While we walked, it was quiet. None of had said anything until Jaeden spoke up.

"Why did you help me?" I looked down at him and stared into his sad eyes. I felt the sudden urge to cup his cheeks, so that's what I did.

"Because, I wasn't gonna stand there and watch you get raped. I'm an asshole, but not that much of an asshole." He started to cry again so I wiped his tears with my thumb. I moved my hands away and pulled him into a tight hug.

"You're safe."

When we got home Jaeden immediately ran upstairs. At first I wondered why he rushed but then u heard water from the bathroom running.

I let out a sigh and walked upstairs, entering my room and laying back on my bed.

Why did I help Jaeden..what I told him wasn't exactly the whole reason. I felt something in me that just..never mind. I shrugged off my thoughts, sitting up on my bed when the door had opened.

I looked up to reveal Jaeden with wet hair and only a towel wrapped around his waist. I felt a blush immediately grow on my face so I tried to hide it by covering my face with my hands, also so that I couldn't see Jaeden wearing nothing but a towel because god..I don't wanna see that.

"Uh...Jaeden why are you only wearing a towel?"

I heard him laugh. God I love his laugh- I mean

"Because.. I just got out of the shower and I remembered something so I wanted to come talk to you??"

"Um, okay." I removed my hands from my face and looked up at Jaeden.

"Ok well, there's this little carnival in town right." I nodded "Ok so, we should go on a double date with Sophia and Chosen. To you know, convince them."

"Oh my god, I don't think you've ever had a better idea. I'll text him, go get dressed." He nodded and walked out of my room.

I picked my phone to text Chosen but stopped when I came across Jaeden's contact.

I changed his contact name and smiled looking at it.

'Baby Jae🌸💛'

"Just in case if anyone um..asks for his contact name." I whispered to myself.

After that I actually texted Chosen.

Me: heyyy! Ok so, Jaeden and I are going to the carnival that's in town, we were wondering if you'd like to go out on a double date with you and Sophia?

Chosen: Sure, I'm down. Let me text soph.

Me: That's great, see you then.

I smiled and shut my phone off, setting it down on the bed.

This is gonna be fun.

Should I write the double date or nah🤷🏽‍♀️

I'm kinda sorta not really getting better at writing longer chapters but they're still sO SHORT😭 Sorry
