Chapter 17

~Lizbeth's POV~

I was still in the line since it was pretty long, I looked back at the boys watching them talk as if they were discussing something whatever the hell tony and Fernando saw out there I will find out.

Before I could look back at the line I made a run to door making sure the boys wouldn't see me I headed outside to see where tony saw whatever he saw but I saw nothing until I made turn to my right.

I saw him.

The person I never wanted to see again.

Derek.

My heart dropped. I wanted to move, run, scream but nothing came out I felt my heart beat increase faster and faster by the minute as if I was about to have a heart attack.

When I felt two arms attack me almost making me fall to the ground, right when I look up I see Aaron staring at me protectively

"What are you doing out here?" He asked helping me get up

"I wanted to see what tony and Fernando saw and I did.." I said as I about to look over to Derek again but Aaron was able to turn my head to only face him

"I'm here to protect you and so are the guys but don't go try to get Derek's attention"

"I wa-

"Doesn't matter he's someone who really made a bad impact in your life and he can easily spot you knowing he hurt you"

He was right. And I hated it.

"Okay..." I said as I looked down at my shoes not knowing what to say but like always he lifted my head by my chin making me look into his eyes.

Getting lost.

Then kissing my forehead feeling my heart explode like never before.

I hated it.

We hurried inside to catch up with the boys and they made sure I was okay, we ordered our things and paid for it going into the movie. I couldn't focus no matter how hard I tried I always found myself thinking he was watching me.

What the hell is Derek doing back in town and why now. He isn't supposed to come back.

I was too busy thinking I didn't realize I saw tony leave the theatre saying he'd be back

I wasn't Going to follow him.

I've been curious tonight already enough.

~Tony's POV~

I wanted to find Derek and what the hell is he doing back and why was he with Sophia I'm so glad he didn't see Lizbeth or so I think but still so I just got up leaving the theater to find him hoping to see him around.

I knew Lizbeth saw me leave but she knew not to follow me knowing exactly how she'll react if she seems him again and she doesn't need anymore surprises especially from Derek

I was walking around looking for him but there as no sign and I can't wait til tomorrow to talk to him

Until I heard someone call out my name

"Morales!" I heard, I immediately turned around to see him walking towards me

Don't get me wrong I was surprised, not ready and happy to him see even tho he hurt Lizbeth he's still my friend

Sounds dumb I know.

"Derek Oliver what ya doin here?" I said coming up to him to do our handshake as something every other guy does
