Chapter 19

                                 ~Aaron's POV~

  'The Anderson's' I thought.... why are they after Fernando and Johnny? I need to help somehow.
I was driving home and I figured it was very late already obviously, I looked down at phone to see five missed calls from my mom of course, it was already 12:54.

I made it home getting out of the car shutting the door behind me locking it just to be sure no one is there to get me since they got Fernando. I opened the door hoping my family would be asleep and to my luck yes until I herd noises coming from the kitchen.

After what just happened I was still a little shaken up. I slowly walked over to the kitchen entryway and my brother just came out of no where scaring the complete shit out of me causing me to almost loose my balance.

"Jesus Christ William, you scared me" I said putting my hand on my chest

In case you didn't know William is my brother he's the youngest he's now 14 and he's very isolated from us since he thinks we're all crazy.

Weird kid.

"Did you just get home" he asked quietly

"Yes but where's mom? She's not awake is she?" I asked with hope still in my voice but tonight fate wasn't on my side.

"she's awake alright but she doesn't look happy, where were you? And what happened to your face?"

"Okay okay enough with the questions...I was with Lizbeth meeting her mom and I just Came from saving Fernando's ass" I said trying so hard not to sound louder.

"Vela? You mean our cousin?" He asked in confusion

"What? Fernando isn't family to us" I said hoping this was just a joke he was making up

"No remember dads lost long brother? Rickey? Yeah that's Rickey Vela"

"So then why isn't our last name 'vela'"? I asked now looking around all confused

"Because I heard mom and dad over talking about a few nights ago, dad changed his last name to Luna cause that's grandmas last name"

"I remember dad talking about a lost long brother I just didn't think it would be Fernando's father..." I said now getting Angry

Did Fernando even know about this?

Is that he hated me in the first place?

I've had enough tonight, I get hurt by these Anderson brothers because for some reason they want something from Fernando, Derek is back which means I really have to watch out for Lizbeth and I still have to deal with my mom.

Great.

"Okay see you in the morning I'm gone go talk to mom"

I walked up the stairs making it to the door of my room, and the lights were on which meant my mom was definitely in there.

I opened the door to see her standing in front of my window looking out to the neighborhood.

She turned over to look at me with disappointment and anger written all over her face. Like always.

"Don't talk young man, where the hell were you?"

"I was out"

She looked me and then noticed the cut on my cheek by grabbing my face aggressively.

"Mijo What the hell happened to your cheek?!"

"Mom mom I'm okay geez I was saving someone's ass"

"Who" She said in a demanding voice

"Fernando's"
