IMPORTANT. Some things have changed. Instead of Mikayla’s brother moving out when she was 14, he was taken back by Mikayla’s father who then disappeared again, when she was only 10. Her brother is two years older than her and his name shall not be known yet. :] And lastly her brother thought her name was lilly but Mikayla named herself Micky all the time.
Basically, Mikayla grew up being hated by her mother. Her mother named her Lilly at birth but she despised the name so she renamed herself Micky or 'Mikayla' after Micky Mouse, her favourite cartoon. Her brother "Joshua" was taken back by their father when he was 12 and when Micky was 10 so she does not remember too clearly what he looked like and neither does he.
Her father was told that Micky had passed away when she was sick ,by her mother, and so he did not know to take her back. Nibbles tried to persuade him but he did not believe him. He was taken away at the last minute and Micky and Joshua never regained their connection, nor talked or communicated ever again.
