Chapter 7

A/N - guuyyyyyysssss…. Why haven’t you commented! :D so many reads but so few comments! ;] just pleeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssseeeeeeeeee comment! And One Direction are in Australia currently! My friends step sister saw them with no shirts on waving from their hotel balcony! *faints* Well they are not in Brisbane yet but when they are I am determined to see them.

MIKAYLA’S P.O.V

I awake from my slumber on top of my many duvets and groan long and loud.  My blurry eyes glance over at the clock and read ’10:05’.  Wow, I have woken up late!  I quickly throw on some shorts and a koala top before marching downstairs to meet 5 pairs of eyes.

‘Hey guys…”  I moan, not bothering to name them all.  God am I tired, I was up all night thinking about what happened between Liam and I.  I have decided to just pretend it never happened and move on with life, it’s a heck of a lot easier than breaking it to him that it wasn’t the same as when Harry and I kissed.

“Morning Micky moo!” They all chime, breaking me out of my trance. The boys all have this weird look in their eyes except for Harry, it’s like they all know something except for Harry and I.

“Why are you looking at me like that?”  I ask, rubbing my still groggy eyes.

“WE’RE GOING TO A THEME PARK!”  Louis, Niall, Zayn and Niall all yell.

THUMP!

Harry has fallen off his chair in shock.  I scream, rushing to help him and as I rush past II see a strange look pasted on Liam’s face, a look that scared me so badly my heart stopped for a moment.  It was a look of pure rage and jealousy as if Harry had just destroyed everything he ever loved.  But he doesn’t love me…does he?

When I reach to Harry I crouch beside him, examining his pale face.  His eyes are shut and his long lashes brush my fingers as I run my hands along his face in an attempt to check if he is conscious or not.  It has only been about half a minute but time is going so slowly that it is frightening.  God, I hope he hasn’t hit his head badly and given himself brain damage!  A long, deep groan snaps me out of my fretting and my eyes go wide.

“Harry!”  I shriek pulling the limp Harry into my arms, rubbing his back and giving him comfort.  He is okay and that is all that matter at the moment.  I am not sure why I am being so protective of him, it’s almost like I fancy him but I can’t fancy anyone right now after the one you thought loved you cheats on you.

“Mikayla?”  He groans, clutching me tighter as he wakes up.

“Yes Harry.”  I reply feeling a electric current running through me at the sound of his voice.  Arrgh!

“Why did I pass out?” Harry mumbles in a drowsy way as I hold him close.

“Because we are going to  a theme park…” I slowly mutter and I immediately feel him stiffen.

While I try to hold Harry still I catch sight of Liam again over my shoulder.  He is rigid, his figures distorted into the most heart-breaking face ever known to man.  I can tell he is very upset. I meet eyes with him, but he turns his head away and something shimmers in his right eye, is that a tear?!

I feel like I should rush to him and help him but with Harry in this state I’m not sure that I should leave him, he could faint again!  Harry is whimpering that he doesn’t want to go to the theme park but I just shush him, cuddling him closer.

“I will stay with you and hold you if you get scared.”  I soothe my heart cracking as I watch Liam’s face over Harry’s shoulder. 

“Okay…” Harry mumbles and the other 3 boys that aren’t currently in a state cheer, running up to their rooms.  Liam stiffly hops of his chair and storms up the stairs leaving Harry and I on our own.  I pat Harry on the back and he whimpers again before letting me out of his clutches.  He begins to slowly get up but all of a sudden I feel this need to do something.  Without any control over my body, my arm whips out and grabs Harry, pulling him back down slightly.  Then before I can react I feel myself gently peck Harry on the forehead.
