NIALL!

Chapter 15 –

MIKAYLA’S P.O.V

I drag Harry home after I have decided that 5 hot chocolates in a row is enough. He whines at me but I just keep on tugging him in the direction of home. He grunts as we get further away but I just roll my eyes at him, he is such a child sometimes! When we reach home Niall is sleeping on the couch snoring with a pancake hanging out of his mouth. I walk over and grab the pancake out of his mouth and instantaneously his eyes flash open and he frowns.

“HEY! I WAS EATING THAT!” He yells, I scream and drop the pancake.

Niall and Harry both start cracking up and high-fiving but I just pick the pancake up and eat it. Niall stops laughing and his face turns to horror as I devour his pancake. Big fat tears well up in his sparkling eyes and I gasp. His bottom lip wobbles as the tears run down his face.

“Oh my god! Niall I’m sorry!” I cry, “I’ll do anything just stop crying!”

Niall turns his wobbly chin to me and states “Take me to the zoo.” I am slightly taken aback by this request but Harry gives me his ‘don’t object’ look so I nod and Niall wipes at his red eyes, smiling. I get the feeling this is going to be a lets-treat-Niall-like-a-king day.

I pulled on a pair of floral short shorts and a white and red t-shirt. I wore my hair out and smiled at my reflection in the bathroom mirror, I actually looked decent! A small clip with a bow tie on top was clipped onto the top of my hair and I grinned, Harry would like my bowtie clip.

“Come onnnn!” Harry groaned from downstairs, I could tell he was tired of waiting. I skipped merrily down the stairs and pulled on my converse, hopping around while tying the laces. Harry chuckles and picks me up but I hear a whine from my left. Niall stands pouting at me, not happy that he is left out.

I sigh and jump from Harry’s arms, treading over to Niall. He holds his arms out and I jump in, ignoring the jealous look Harry has smeared all over his face. I poke my tounge out at him and hope that he doesn’t get upset. He grins at me, Niall drops me and runs to Harry, jumping onto his back instead.

Harry laughs and pokes his tounge out at me and I giggle. I grab my wallet and phone, but not before snapping a happy picture of Niall on Harry’s back. This one I will keep forever! We head out and since the zoo was 5 mintues away we walk there. The zoo isn’t packed but it isn’t empty either, with many families milling around.

Niall and Harry slap on fake moustaches and I put a panda beanie on each of our heads.. Harry continues carrying Niall as we walk into the zoo but we are stopped by a security woman, who eyes us suspiciously. Niall and I act natural but Harry gently peels off his moustache, revealing his true identity.

The woman’s eyes bulge. She then flutters her eyes and says in an extremely voice, “You looking for an older woman?”

Harry bursts out laughing and wraps his arm around my waist.

“This girl right here is my beautiful girlfriend, so sorry not interested.” And with that we all stroll into the zoo cackling.

“LOOK A PENGUIN!” Niall exclaims for the 32nd time today. Harry and I both groan and roll our eyes as Niall rushes to the enclosure. We chase after him, stopping when we spot him with his face pressed up against the cool glass tank. A penguin sits on the other side eyeing him warily.

“Niall?” Harry whispers quietly, slightly confused at what the heck Niall is doing. Niall slowly turns to face us, his face blue from the cold glass and a massive creepy grin on his face. He looks like something out of a horror movie. I scream and jump into Harry’s arms but he just drops me, screaming as well.
