The freshly fallen snow glistened in the moonlight as it settled on the ground. Everything was quiet. No one moved, all was asleep, the peaceful silence was broken as a girl not much older than 13 ran past screaming. Her breathing was ragged as she ran further. A man in a big cloak the colour of deep purple came hurtling after her. He pulled out a sharp dagger that lit up in the moonlight. With a last cackling laugh he threw the dagger at the screaming girl, ahead of him. With a frightening crack, she slumped to the ground. The man pulled down his cloak and as he took the dagger out of the girls head he said, "Sorry little sister. It had to be done."

He walked away through the grass and freshly fallen snow of the un-inhabited forest. The blood on the dagger glistened in the moonlight. The cold glowering shadows and moonlight the moon cast shone down on the man in the cloak as he walked away from the teenaged girl. Blood covered the mans hands as he dropped the dagger a couple of feet away from the girl. He looked back at the girl slumped on the forest floor. Blood pooled out around her from the wound in her skull. He sighed as he jogged back over and took the piece of paper out of her cold blue fingertips he ripped the paper into shreds so that no matter what you did you couldn't read it. After that he walked off.

Broken twigs and heavy footsteps where heard not too far from where the cloaked man was. He crouched down low behind some bushes. The man came into view, ripped jeans and a faded t-shit adorned his frame. He jogged over to the girl, following the scent of something metallic. Once he saw the blue cold body of the teen-aged girl, Sam, he let out a long, wailed cry. He knelt down and closed her eyes.

"I promise I will find him and get the information. I will kill him for doing this to you!" with that he turned around facing the open forest covered in snow and moonlight. His cold dead brown eyes scanned the scenery and his lips turned up into a sneer, "I will kill him. I will kill our brother Kace!"
