You.I saw you.
I didn't think I would see you.
You were standing in front of the room.
The classroom was filled with sullen and gloom.
Normal for a typical Monday.
But this.
This was different.
At least for me.
Probably because you were here.
You were holding your necklace again.
I guess you did that when you were nervous.
I wanted so badly to go up to you and squeeze your hand.
To say "Hey. It's gonna be ok"
The class started and you went ahead and introduced yourself.
Your name was Elaine and you had just moved here from Florida.
Your parents were divorced and you had a dog named Blue.
Even with such little information, It felt like I already knew you.
As if we've known each other from another life or time.
The teacher directed you to an empty seat, which happened to be next to mine.
I was so nervous I could barely look at you, afraid that you would think I was some kind of weirdo or stalker.
But to my surprise, you turned to me.
Face smiling wide.
You had a pretty smile.
One that could go one for miles and miles and never end.
One look at it, and anyone would want to befriend.
You and your smile.
One that could light up the whole world with one flash.
One that would make anyone dash to the finish line for it.
Words then came out of that smile.
"Hey, I like your shoes."
And with four words,
just like a seed,
our friendship had been planted.

Ahhh I finally decided to finish and post that! Honestly I completely forgot about it and didn't have the mindset to finish, but nonetheless with that, here's part two of You. (I guess....I haven't really thought of an official name yet).
XOXO
