Evie watched as the hall stood and clapped, then walked with Peter to sit next to Ari again. Ella was seated across the hall, looking at Evie longingly. Evie waved her over. "Hey, Peter." Peter looked down at Evie's hand, looking at her ring. "I love you," said Evie, as she kissed Peter gently. The hall went back to its prescheduled chatter as Natasha walked over to the principal, sat down, and began conversing. Tony looked around, a little lost, and Evie was thankful Ella had the mind to pull him over to Evie. "Tony, this is Ari and Ella, my roommates." Tony sat down, clearly uncomfortable. "You do know you're not obliged to be here, Tony. My room in cabin 46 is clean, waiting for you if you want. Tony shot her a grateful look, then walked out the front door, down towards Evie's cabin. Evie went through the rest of her day with Peter, joking around.

At the end of the day, Thor had spent the entire day messing around in their P&E, allowing the kids to attempt to lift his hammer. (And was really surprised when one girl did,) Natasha had messed around on horseback, and Clint had helped out in archery classes. (Much to the delight of Evie's classmates, namely Ariyana). Evie sat at dinner, surrounded for the first time in a month and a half by her family, sitting next to Wanda who had spent her day exploring the woods. Evie was looking forward eagerly to the next day when she could finally show off a little.

Tony had emerged from Evie's cabin long enough to give a few basic chemistry classes with Bruce. And Peter explained (in no doubt dumbed down jargon) how his web fluid workes. Evie was delighted to hear that Tony had upgraded Rachel's systems when he got bored. The school had arranged dorm rooms for the team to stay in, but Evie had insisted Peter could stay in her room with her. After a huge dinner of pot roast, Evie walked the team up to their dorms, then walked with Peter down to the lake, allowing Ari and Ella a moment to clean up whatever they didn't want Peter to see.

Evie wandered hand-in-hand with Peter down the boardwalk to the gazebo, watching the sunset beneath the Irish hills. Once it slipped entirely beneath the horizon, Evie looked into Peter's chocolate brown eyes, watching them examine her green eyes, then slowly reached her arms around his neck, pulling him into a kiss. Peter pulled away, looking at Evie like he thought he might never get to do so again. "I love you, Evie." Evie kissed his cheek. "I love you, too." Peter slipped his arm around Evie's waist as they walked to Cabin 46. A few minutes later, Evie climbed into bed, next to Peter. It was the best she'd slept in a month and a half.

The next morning, Evie went on her run with Peter, somehow managing to evade everyone else. (Except for Natasha and Clint, who joined them after about a mile.) They returned, showered (separately), then got dressed in their suits. peter didn't put on his mask, but Evie could tell he wanted to, just because it made him more comfortable. She kissed him quickly, then pulled up his mask. He grinned, then walked down the spiral stairs to the kitchen, where Clint, already in his suit, had made pancakes.

Ella and Ari were already chattering away to the rest of the team, Ella mid-discussion with Bruce about the properties of Floride in toothpaste, Ari chatting about archery with Clint. Evie grinned, sliding onto the couch next to Thor. They ate breakfast then walked to the P&E area. There was a path through the woods that led to a clearing, a barn in the middle, a few different training options lining the walls. Tony and Wanda cleared their throats, making the chatter die down. "Okay, so. We're we're going to play out our usual training program C3. We all are aware of our partners and attack audience?" Evie grinned at Clint, her partner.

They were to shoot from a distance, Evie flying around releasing little bursts of her magic. Evie let her wings appear for the first time in a month and a half, relishing in the feeling. When she lifted up into the air, she had to fly around for a moment before remembering the feeling. Evie held hands with both Wanda and Clint, flying them up to the rafters. "So, their goal is to get the ten crystals I hid earlier." Said Wanda. "It's your job to protect it with your magic. No harmful spells, just debilitating ones, okay?" Added Clint. Evie nodded, taking her place in the rafters that were in the corner of the barn.
