Another chapter of [Mama]! Well, I've finally finished [M.O.W] like I said I would, so here are the chapters of [Mama] I said I would provide a while ago. Read and enjoy, ne? Also, I might be updating [The Ideal Life] after this chapter, so yeah. Oh Kami, I still need to udate [The Life Game]. I feel so guilty not being able to keep my promises TT∆TT. Don't worry! "Ehh?! Why isn't [Nickname] coming?"

Jin sighed. Explaining to Asuka was hard enough; telling the children was like a nightmare. Which he hoped was what he was in right now.

"[Name]'s got some, uh, things to do," he repeated - for the 56th time.

"What things?"

His eye twitched, before his face went solemn. He didn't know either. When you had told him that you weren't coming to the Day-Care today, he didn't even have time to question you before you had already run off; silver-haired scarecrow in tow. He sighed again, before turning towards the window - completely ignoring the whining children.

[Name]...whatever you're doing, hopefully you'll come back...because...

Jin's thoughts were cut off as his left eye twitched again, the whines of the children becoming louder.

...these children are seriously pissing me off.

Somewhere else in Konohagakure, a certain [Name] sneezed.

"WHAT. DID. YOU. JUST. SAY?!"

Kakashi sighed as you looked at him in disbelief.

"What do you mean you can't track his smell?!"

"[Name], the Kumogakure Shinobi who took him were skilled ninja, and they made sure to leave no sign of any evidence that would disrupt their kidnapping," he explained, already feeling a migraine coming up.

Your eyes flashed hopelessly as the emotion akin to a desperate need for good news flickered across your [e/c] orbs, before it was gone. You sighed mournfully, knowing fully well that arguing wasn't going to get you anywhere.

"So...what can we do?" you queried, attempting to change the subject.

Kakashi had noticed it straight away, and only complied to your weak attempts.

"I'm not sure, [Name]...but there is one thing I do know," he turned himself fully towards you, placing a comforting hand on your shoulder, "we will get Naruto back, [Name]. You are a great mother, after all," his eyes closed into a smile, and you felt a strange fluttering feeling in your body. You blinked, blushing when you realised that your heart was thundering against your chest so hard, you wouldn't have been surprised if it branded a tattoo on your ribs.
