...I'M BACK FROM [In Naruto?!]! MY KAMI, DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MOTIVATION I HAD TO BE GIVEN TO WRITE ABOUT THIS?! >3<U I figured, I had a little bit of enough rewatching all these episodes and typing down what the characters are talking about again...so, I've come back to [Mama], but probably I'll be gone by the end of this chapter. This story is straightly put into hiatus until any other further notices.

THAT MAY BE TRUE OR NOT TRUE, BECAUSE I JUST LOOKED AT MY 'What Should I Update?' POLL, AND MAJORITY VOTES FOR [Mama].

Your jaw dropped as your eyes widened, "Why not?!"

"[Name], there is no way for you to investigate in Kumogakure."

You groaned, facepalming as you did so. "But I need to be in Kumogakure! There is no way to investigate Naru-kun's disappearance when I'm not in Kumogakure, Hokage-sama," you protested, making the Hokage sigh.

"You will be able to go to Kumogakure," he paused to intertwine his fingers as he placed his chin on his thumbs, "under one condition."

You immediately brightened - you would practically do anything to get Naruto back, safe and sound.

"And what is that, Hokage-sama?"

"You'll be undercover as a Kumo nin."

"Oh."

Your left eye twitched as you looked down at yourself, ignoring the stifled laughs that came out of Kakashi's mouth. You were wearing the standard Kumo nin attire; which included a long, grey top which gathered just at the waist to give a sash-like appearance, with a matching coloured bottom. Over this you wore a white, one-strapped flak jacket and an arm as well as a shin-guard. You sighed, calming down as you fidgeted with your (fake, yet authentic) Kumogakure forehead protector, the band being on said body part. A long katana was strapped to your back, while your weapon pouch acted as a belt around your waist.

"You look quite sexy in that, [Name]~" Kakashi teased, amused by your light blush.

Said blush would've been so much bigger if you hadn't restrained it.

"Sh-shut up, Hatake!" you exclaimed, pointing a finger at him, "consider yourself lucky we're in the Day-Care and not somewhere I could beat you senseless!"

He sweatdropped as the children in the room you were currently in looked at the conversation between both of you confusedly, not being able to recognise you in your attire at the moment.

"Who's that, Jin?"

"Who's that, who's that?"

Said male sighed, slapping the palm of his hand to his forehead. "That's [Name]."

A surprised 'eh?!' came out of the children's mouth as they looked over your attire again, before realising that the currently-spazzing, angry female in front of them was indeed, [Nickname].

"[Nickname]?"

You were about to belt out a rude 'what' before you realised who was calling out to you, and you sighed; inhaling and calming down as you turned to the children.

"Hai?"

"Why do you look so pw'etty?" [1]

Your blush came back, much to your dismay.

"I have to disguise as who?!"

"This," the Hokage slid a photo across his desk, "person. She's been missing for a couple of years-"

...how does he know this stuff?

"-and we have confirmed that she is unrecognisable in Kumogakure."

How did you do that?

You nodded, making sure not to express your thoughts - no matter how tempting that was. You leaned over to pluck the photo off the table, questions flooding in your mind.

"So, I don't have to transform or anything, Hokage-sama?"

"No. Simply tell them your name, what mission you had just come back from--"

"And how would I know that, Hokage-sama?"

"This is where lying comes in handy."

"Ohh, I see. Okay, and what's her name?"

"Yuki Fujimoto." [2]

[ extended ending ]

"Hokage-sama," you questioned, finding it odd at how she actually looked like you - save for the hair and eye colour, "I know it's because that she's been missing for years, but...is there any other reason you chose her?"

"She not only looks like you, [Name]," he started, serious eyes locked on your [e/c] orbs, "but we have found out that she even sounds like you."

"...what?"

"Ohh, what a not-really-huge-but-big plot twist!"

"You sounded so lame right there, did you know that?"

"SHUT UP! Haha, sorry that was the authoress! Anyways, next time, in [Mama]..."

"Welcome back to Kumogakure!"

"Yuki, we have another crime."

You blinked, still getting used to your new name. "What is it?"

"There have been kidnappings involving some of our rogue ninja." [3]

You raised an eyebrow, "Rogue ninja?"

"(gasps) If readers can connect the dots from the previous chapter to this, you readers are incredible! Join us next time in | 10 | Clues |!"

Haha, sorry to the people who have totally forgotten about this and need to read the previous chapter to get the information...I'm also very sorry to TheStarThatFell, for not being able to update this. Hopefully this kind of huge plot twist'll make it good?!
