Elizabeth walked to forensic office and took some of files for Edward.
"Mr Nygma?"
Edward turned around and smiled.
"Hello, Ms Gordon."
Elizabeth smiled.
"Sorry to bother you but I just bought you some files."
Edward smiled and took files from her hands.
"Thank you, Ms Gordon."
Edward looked around.
"Can I ask you a riddle?"
Elizabeth nodded.
"Sure, Mr Nygma."
Edward nodded.
"You can touch me but you probably wouldn’t want to. I can see you but you can’t see me. What am I?"
Elizabeth smiled.
"Your eyes."
Edward nodded.
"You have beautiful eyes."
His eyes suddenly widened and he started stuttering.
"Ms Gordon... I'm so sorry. I didn't... I mean."
Elizabeth giggled.
"It's alright, Mr Nygma. You have nice eyes too."
Edward smiled.
"Thank you, Ms Gordon. Is detective Gordon your brother?"
Elizabeth grinned and nodded.
"Yes, he is my older brother. You two met?"
Edward nodded.
"He was here yesterday with detective Bullock. He is good with riddles too."
Elizabeth grinned.
"It runs in the family. I have to go back to work, Mr Nygma. It was nice talking to you."
Edward smiled.
"It was nice talking to you too, Ms Gordon. Have a lovely day."
Elizabeth waved.
"You too, Mr Nygma."
Elizabeth walked to her brother.
"Jimmy? How was your first day? This morning you were gone early."
Jim nodded.
"Yeah, we have a lot to work. I'll be home tonight for our dinner. Barbara went to her friends house for the night."
Elizabeth nodded.
"Okay, see you tonight."
Jim nodded and she walked to her office.
That night Elizabeth smiled at Jim.
"So I have a new friend. He said you two met. Edward Nygma."
Jim nodded.
"Yeah, I met him. He loves riddles. Did he ask you one?"
Elizabeth smiled.
"Two actually."
Jim nodded.
"Hmm, nice."
Elizabeth nodded.
"Now, tell me about your case."
Jim nodded and started talking about some guy Oswald Cobblepot and how he needed to kill him but didn't and set him free.
Elizabeth gasped.
"This is some crazy town."
Jim nodded.
"Tell me about it."
