JORIE POV
We pulled up to the same theater as our first date. It was a ways away from Nash's but Cameron insisted.
Cameron turned the car off and then turned to look at me. It was silent as we both just stared into each others eyes. "I'm going to miss those eyes Jor" Cameron said putting his hand on my cheek.
"And I'm going to miss the butterflies I get every time you touch me" I said holding his hand on my cheek. Then the tears escaped. It hadn't hit me yet that I was leaving for a year from Cameron. Yes we could visit, but he has his guys and other fans to meet. I shouldn't be his priority.
"Don't cry Jor" he told my wiping my tears away as his own rolled down his face.
"I can't-" I choked, the words stuck in my mouth. I pulled my knees up sobbing into them. Cameron was rubbing my back.
"I will forever love you Jorie, you have never been just a fan to me. The first time we sat on that bench during the meet and greet I just wanted to wrap my arms around you and never let you go. I love the way your voice gives me chills when you talk, I love how your hair curls by your forehead because you constantly twirl them when I give you a compliment, I love when you lightly snore right before you wake up, and I love how your not afraid to show your real feelings right in front of me. Jorie, no one can ever replace you. You are my air, my food and water, my everything."
I looked up into Cameron's eyes. "I can't hurt you. We need to stop this." I looked down because I couldn't bare to see his reaction.
"What are you talking about?" He seemed so hurt and confused.
"Once I leave what happens next? we wait till Christmas break or spring break?" I then looked into his eyes. "No Cameron, we don't do anything. We can't. I have never loved anyone or anything as much as you but I need to take a step back and look at the big picture. I came on this trip to spend time with some old friends and brought along Megan so we could both me our biggest idols. I got lucky and met you, the most amazing, inspirational person who soon became the love of my life. Then it was time to leave my little trip and return to reality, and leave you."
The silence ate me alive. We both sat what seemed like an eternity as neither of us knew what was going to happen next. He finally said something.
"What about your dreams?"
"I will have to deal with them as they go" I lied. I knew I couldn't handle them anymore. I would soon return to therapy and be drugged up again and forget whatever me and Cameron have, had.
"But your my everything" he said again.
"And you will forever be the love of my life. We can see what happens after high school but I think its time to end-" I couldn't finish. It was to hard looking at him cry.
He brought me back to the hotel. We never even got to watch a movie together.
"See you soon" he said after giving me one last kiss and driving away.
