Petals of valediction spread the dusk
For the night of elegance befalls thee
The somber go to flee, readied your mask
The graceful duet of the lovebirds, free
Each movement, a leaping grace, the beauty
Enamored the halls of pleaded mercies
We exchange glances, loved we dear mutely
A love, a poem worth a thousand verses
The exposition of the end nears us
Midnight of the free, blossoms accrete she
Roses of mere tranquility, their vase
The depth of the moment, deep as the sea
A dawn, I ask; I beg you, to plea
The finale, now. The sights I forsee
