The aroma of the garden blooms free
Roses, daffodils, tulips; all are here
The fragrances of the flowers for thee
A stream, now a mere, flows swift; a sharp shear

A bed of flowers, filled with red roses
The bright flares of the sunflower-filled fields
The lush, green lily, the flower closes
A diverse collection, the rose it wields

Dusk approaches, the moonflowers they'll bloom
Wild hibiscus flowers shall rest at night
For nyctinasty has occured; entomb
The dayflowers hide, the moonlit show sight

The enamored garden shall be at stake
All shall rise for it approaches, daybreak
