Mitch took a deep breath and started his story. "On March the 3rd, 1994 I was born." The older looked over at Jerome and gave him a toothy grin while the younger rolled his eyes. The Canadian chuckled and continued his story, "My mum always told me I was a very smart boy! I knew how to count to ten when I was only three, but I always has trouble with walking. I was smart, but something was wrong with my legs when I was a kid. When I grew up my legs started to get more and more stronger over time, which I didn't care for them anymore. I joined the football team for crying out loud! I didn't care about my legs anymore. I was happy that they were stronger than ever." Jerome kept listening while Mitch kept talking about his legs. "I had a little brother. Had a little brother. His name was Connor. I loved him so much. He was a pain in the ass sometimes, but he was my brother, and I loved him with all my heart. Well one day something happened. My mum and I, plus Connor in the backseat was driving him to his friend's birthday party. We were having fun. Me putting on a random song on the radio, Connor and mum singing to it. And all of a sudden.. a car crashed into us, killing Connor." Mitch hold in a tear at the awful memory of his little brother. Jerome saw this and leaned over, hugging the older by his side. Mitch smiled a little at this. "Th-Thanks Jerome." Jerome smiled.
"No problem, Mitch."
"Do you wanna keep going on with your story?"
Mitch shook his head and kept on driving.
Mitch kept on driving until he came to a complete stop. "Is this you house?" Jerome widen his eyes, "H-How did you-" Mitch cut Jerome off, "Remember your birthday party in the fourth grade? I was the only one that came?" Jerome smiled and opened the door to the car. "Thank you for driving me home." Said Jerome getting out of the car. Mitch got out of the car and went up with Jerome to his front door. "You're very welcome, Jerome." Jerome smiled once again, turning towards his house front door and unlocked it using his keys that he had in his back pocket. Mitch smiled at Jerome's back, heading towards his, ahem his butt. Mitch soon knocked out of it and looked back up at Jerome's back, knowing that was a stupid thing for him to do, but still, he can always get a look or two for those handsome guys. Once Jerome unlocked the door, he turned back towards Mitch and smiled more. "I had fun Mitch, can we do this another time?" This time Mitch smiled and looked down at the shorter one.
"Hell yeah we should."
"Well, I should go Mitch. It was fun hanging out with you again."
Mitch nodded his head, "Same with you." They just stared at each other, not taking their eyes off each other.
Suddenly, Jerome got knocked out of the trance with the Canadian's beautiful caramel eyes. "We-Well, I-I should go." Jerome cursed for his stuttering in his head. "Ye-Yeah, you should. See you tomorrow at school?" Jerome nodded his head and turned back towards the door, opening it and walking in the door. He turned back to Mitch smile once more before closing it.
Mitch just smiled on the other side of the door and walked back to his car, never letting that smile fade.
Jerome, he went up to his room and plop on his bed once opening the door to his room. He stared up at the ceiling, just thinking about that one Canadian that he loved for so long.
