it was like a hospital but patients were offenders.
they would get wired into a chair
wires to pee through
pipes to poop through
feeding tubes .
an operation where a microchip would be attached to the brain.
heart monitors beeping.
clean smell of disinfectant
offenders would be attached to a computer through a wire from spinal cord to the computer.
programs were graded into expirience levels.
such as how tough the punishment was depending on their crimes.
the second thing that was graded was the time or length of the program.
this was the new system designed to lower prison populations and save government money.
a complete overhaul .
time within the program moved 100 times faster .
so in one year they would expirience 100 years .
then there was after care .
this was at the beginning overlooked.
the fact is being strapped to a bed for some time
and your muscles stop working.
you have to learn to walk again .
you have to learn to use all your muscles again .
so the system wasn't perfect , not at all .
but it terrified the offenders who went through it and it worked.
