To people watching it might appear to be two separate beings; one girl and one horse. But they would be wrong. Instead there was only one- horse and girl combined together, creating the most magnificent sight. They formed a flawless team, so graceful they could have been mistaken for flying.

Cantering through the paddock, mane and tail streaming out behind, it was a sight that could have come straight out of a poster. They approached a fallen log, getting closer and closer, until they were only a few strides away. The girl stood up and lent slightly forward in her stirrups, as her horse pushed off with its back legs. Together they soared through the air like an eagle, clearing the log with a meter to spare. Never had there been anything so elegant, or so— ungraceful, as the girl summer-saulted head first over the horse's neck and onto the awaiting thistle. 

Yeah, maybe I should work on my fairy tale riding skills.
