Third POV
"Ugh why am I always the one to be put on patrol?!" Snotlout said in anger to himself. Meanwhile Hiccup was flying above a dragon hunter ship protecting it from riders, the one Snotlout was about to see. Hiccup then saw him.
"Dragon riders, stay alert" Hiccup told the men.
"I think we should attack him!" One man said.
"Well if we do attack, then his friends will come and we will all be in trouble, do you really want that?" Hiccup asked him, the man shook his head in fear of the leader he will face if anything goes wrong. In the meantime Snotlout sent a terror mail to the others.
"Oh these guys are gonna be toast" he said to himself stupidly flying towards the heavily armed ship. Snotlout started attacking and so did Hiccup, in defense. Explosions, chains and arrows flew in every direction as Hiccup desperately defended the hunting ship. An arrow flew right past Snotlout as he said "ok that was close! Maybe this was a bad idea" Snotlout shouted. Just then Hiccup and Snotlout flew right past each other, time seemed to slow as they flew looking at each other. Snotlout quickly flew away in another direction.
"Who was that guy?" Snotlout and Hiccup whispers to themselves, flying to where they needed to be. Hiccup landing on the the ship shouted "Keep heading forward!" Hiccup told the men earning a "yes sir" from one of the men.
Unknown to them the other riders where on their way.
"Snotlout!" Snotlout quivered hearing Astrid's threatening voice. "Are you crazy?!" She yelled to him.
"Um, yeah of course he is he's Snotlout" Ruff answered for him.
"Thanks Ruff" Astrid said in sarcasm.
"You're welcome, anytime" Ruff said to her clearly not hearing the sarcasm.
"Astrid look they have a night fury" Fishlegs told her passing the spy glass.
As Astrid looked through the spy glass she saw someone she thought she wouldn't.
"Hiccup?"
"Astrid?"
On opposite sides how will they feel now, knowing the secret that defines them.
