Chapter 25

April 16

-Elisa-

      I wake up at the sound of Mike's alarm clock. I groggily rub my eyss and stretch my muscles out. I tell all of them to wake up but they all placed the pillow over their heads. I got my pillow and spank all of them with it.

      "El!! I don't wanna wake up" Mitch whines. I roll my eyes and hit him again.

      "Today is the day we have to go to the field remember? Field trip!" I say and they all shot up. Today, the whole school is not going to school, but a whole day in London. Walking around London. Today is gonna be fun. I head upstairs and enter my room. I strip my clothing off and wrap a towel around my body. I enter the bathroom and then the shower. I turn the shower on and let the hot water relax my tense muscles. I place some shampoo on my head and start massaging my scalp. After, I place some soap on my palms and rub it all over my body. After, I rinse everything off and step out of the shower. I wrap my towel around me and get another one to dry my hair. After doing so, I get out of the bathroom and enter my cold room. I go to my drawers and got some undergarments. I place my underwear on and head to the closet. I pick out purple skinny jeans and a long-sleeve shirt that says 'Smile'. I wear them and got my socks and shoes on. As for my hair, I just let it stay in its usual waves.

       Since today is a cold day, I decided to bring some jacket. I put it in my backpack along with some other stuff such as: Extra clothes, extra underwear (you'll never know what'll happen), my wallet, some snacks, chargers, power bank, earphones, my phone in the front pocket, my jacket -like I said-, my I.D., and other emergency supplies. One thing my mom taught my friends and I is that bring these things always because you'll never know what will happen.

       As she always said 'It's better to be over-prepared, than not to be prepared at all' .

      I head down the stairs with my stuff and see all of them eating. I have some clothes for Cai and Nicole since they didn't bring any. I place my bag on the floor and enter the kitchen.

      "After eating, I brought some clothes down so you can change out of your old clothes and freshen up a bit." I tell Cai and Nicole and they nod.

      "But actually, can we stop by our houses and get our stuff? And then head out to London?" Cai asks and I nod. I sit down in between Mike and Arisa and get my plate. I fill it up with food and wolf it down. I excuse myself and stand up. I head to the bathroom on the first floor and grab a new toothbrush. I place some toothpaste and start brushing my teeth. After, I rinse my mouth with some water and my toothbrush as well. I grab a towel and wipe my mouth with it. I head outside the living room to see that everyone is upstairs taking a shower. I limp my way to my crutches. I put it beside me and sit down. I grab the remote and flick through some channels. I decide on watching Frozen. I mean, come on, it's an awesome movie.

      Elsa was just about to sing 'Let it go' when everybody comes rushing down the stairs.

      "What the hell guys? You'll trip" I tell them and my theory was correct. They fell on top of each other and I was laughing my ass off. They look at me with a death glare and I smile. They help each other up and head to get their bags. I turn the TV off and got my bag from the floor and place my crutches on.

      "Get your butts in the car, or you're gonna be late for attendance"My brother called out. Jake didn't call. Hmmm.. wonder why..

      They help me down the steps and into to car.

      "Mike" I say

      "Yeah?.."  he asks, starting the engine making the car roar to life.
