Chapter 9

Ezra p.o.v

Stars. So bright. So beautiful. I couldn't stop looking at them. I closed my eyes and I let the air touch my face. Then I opened my eyes and I looked at the bandages on my wrists. I signed. I looked back at Luke's house. It's been two days since the..... accident and Luke was still hesitate to let me go. I don't blame him. What happened was terrifying. I am really a jerk. I looked back at the sky. I closed my eyes again enjoying this moment of calmness and silent. I opened my eyes again when two arms hugged me from behind. I opened my eyes to see the love of my life. She smiled and I smiled too. The first real smile in the last two days. She stood beside me placing her head on my shoulder and I placed my arm around her.

"Sorry if I scared you the last time Ellie"

"It's not your fault. It's this girl's fault. If I see this butt of Bantha again I'm going to give her a strong kick on her-"

"Ellie language!"

She smiled and leaned to me giving me a kiss on my neck.

"I'm sorry. I just can't take it when someone hurts my Ezzy"

I smiled and hugged her tightly feeling warmth. I gave her a kiss on her forehead. We stayed like that for long. In each others arms looking at the night star. The I saw it a shooting star. I closed my eyes and made a wish.

"oh please, just please, make everything be okay. Make the pain go away"

I opened my eyes when Ellie moved. She smiled at me.
"It getting late. I better leave. See you tomorrow?"

"Sure"

She started to walk away till I thought something. I ran after her and I took her hand.

"I forgot to tell you something"

"What?" she asked curiously

"This"I said placing two fingers on he chin making her face come closer to me and I passionate kissed her.

Ofelia's  p.o.v

I felt his soft, warm lips touching mine. I was shocked but I slowly closed my eyes and melted into the kiss. We separated to take air. He smiled and our foreheads touched together.

"Goodnight" he whispered.

"Goodnight" I whispered too.

"Maybe one night you'll let me sleep with y-"

I cut him off with another quick kiss.
We both smiled. We hug each other for one last time and I left.

"Maybe one night" I whispered smiling with the thought.

Kanan's p.o.v

"So where is our contact ?" I asked Hera. Everyone else were asleep. The truth is that this mission will be a secret. It's safer that way. I will meet a contact to learn a secret information about a new empire mission on Lothal.

"He will wait you on Datooin"

"Seriously now Datooin. In the middle of nowhere?"

"This place is a paradise for those who want to hide"

"And for those who want secret information from what it seems"

She smiled and gave me a kiss on the cheek.

"Good luck love" she said and went to sleep.

I sighed and made my way on my room too. I lay on my bed and I took out Ezra's holo-photo. I felt a burning sensation on my cheeks as silent tears rolled down my face. I promised Hera that I would move on but I can't.

"Oh my sweet, precious child. I would give my own life to see you again. Just for some minutes. I don't know if you can hear me but I want you to know that you meant everything to me and you were the only one who held the key of my heart. I love you and I  sorry. I will never forgive myself for what I did. May the force be with you Ezra Bridger, my son" I whispered crying myself to sleep. Again.

No one p.o.v

That's where everything changed. Old friends will be met again. Heart will brake. Old scars, some of them will be healed, some others will get worse. Will everything be OK? Will the love of a Father for his son fix the things? Will the love of two lovers change something? Only the Force can know. But for now everyone slept. The saw dreams. Happy dreams. They slept peacefully without knowing for the storm that was coming on their way. This storm will shake everyone. But after every storm there is a rainbow coming after. But only the force can know. Only the force.
