Megan and I start creeping up to the building that the space ship is above. Alroids are everywhere. "Ha. How are we gonna get through. We might as well just kill our selves", says Megan. I feel about the same way, but I can't give up. She's my only family I have.
We slowly enter the building with our blades out and ready. I can't feel my heart beating in my throat. The building is dark and quiet, almost like the Alroids are knew we were coming and are waiting for us in the shadows. There are no windows in the tall narrow building and there's a ladder instead of stairs to get to the top. The only light is from the hole in the ceiling that leads to the roof.
I hear a shuffle as we carefully walk over to the ladder. A figure about six feet tall jumps out and I slice it's head off before it touched me. I look over at Megan and her eyes are wide with fear. I can tell that she is not used to being around many Alroids. She's really good at fighting, but I guess it's her fear kicking in.
We start heading up the ladder to the second floor. I hear Megan scream below me. I look down and see that an Alroid has her foot. I take out a small knife from my pocket and chuck it at the Alroid's head and it falls to the ground with purple goo leaking from its head. "Thanks", Megan says so I can barley hear her.
We make it to the next floor and I hear a crack of thunder. "This is just great." Megan complains, "Now this pice of shit building looks even more like a haunted house." I laugh as she is getting mad. She gives me a glare and I try to hide my smile.
There aren't any beasts on the second level, but it looks like there's some type of trap set up on the floor... Even though half of the floor is missing with holes every where. We slowly head over to the ladder. Just when I think I've made it, the floor breaks and I fall; barley holding on to where I was standing. If I fall, I would break a bone.
Megan reaches to pull me back up. Dang she's strong! I stare at her with a stupid smile. "Umm, let's keep moving", I say when I snap back into reality.
We make our way up to the roof. The giant circular ship towers over us as we stand on the roof looking for an entrance. I look around confused because there aren't any Alroids in sight. I see a door unlatch from the side of the ship. A few seconds later I hear a high pitched scream, "ALEC HELP ME!" My eyes grow wide and with out thinking I sprint to the entrance of the ship.
