and two other men (Idk!! Aaron and Charles are the important ones)
"We didn't have enough room in the nursing tents for you so your as close as we could get you to them, Lee and Burr are nice men"
"Ok thank you Washington," You said
"Please call me George" he replied
"Ok George" you smirked, you walked out of the tent office thing and walked down the 14 tents to 15 you opened the tent "door" and walked in to see no one, you assumed they were at the nearby bar like most of the men at these hours. You started unpacking, inside your 2 bags were the essentials and some surprise presents from for sisters and parents, the thought of them made tears fill your eyes, you quickly wipe them away remembering Alexander being here, you hadn't thought to ask where his tent was but you could only assume he was at the bar or someone at the bar would know where he is. You started walking toward all the yelling and commotion when you ran into another nurse, you could tell by his uniform and hat
"Hi," you said, he stopped in his tracks
"Hello," he said
"Oh I'm sorry, I'm y/n l/n I'm a nurse too"
"Oh well hello then," He said and shook your hand
"it's not every day a woman is willing to go to war... even as a nurse," he said
"Everybody says that," you say
"I'm sure, but it's very brave of you"
"thank you," you said
"Heading to the bar?" he asked
"Yes actually"
"I'd be careful if I was you... all those drunk men... wanting nothing more then to get into your pants"
"Don't worry" You chucked "I'll be fine I'm sure"
"headstrong" he said "I like it"
"by the way, I'm Justin Reed" he introduced
you smiled
"I should probably go... Bye Justin" you say and start walking away to the bar
You walk in all you could think was loud, it was very loud you searched for Alexander, you spotted him in the corner with the others, you rushed over
"Alexander" you practically had to scream for him to hear you
"Y/n!" he stood up and wrapped his arms around you in a tight hug, after a few seconds he pulled away and kissed your head, Lafayette and John said awwws while Hercules made vomiting sounds You and Alexander just laughed and rolled your eyes. You sat down next to Alexander as the boys continued to talk and order more rounds... well except for you and Alex, you got some tea and he had stopped 2 shots ago and was just sipping some water. You leaned up against him and slowly closed your eyes.
You were awakened by Johns' voice yelling:
"WE DON'T WANT TO HEAR WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY!" You sat up, startled, Alexander then stood up too Laf then grabbed your hand and pulled you up
"com'on Y/n lets get you outta here," he said
"ok" you whispered and ran out with him
Once you were away from all the commotion you asked Laf
"So wheres Alexanders tent?"
"We all share one its tent 14" he answered "which one are you in?"
"15"
"Nice," he said once you were at the tent you told Laf thank you and to sleep well, he wished you the same and bolted back to the bar.
