Four Feared [will not finish]

Chapter 8

The next morning Amar came into our room and said that we got the day off. So I decided to go to the infirmary and get my cuts cleaned out and get my calf checked out, it was still sore from two shots. I wasn't the only one. 

"Look who decided to join the party!" Zeke said as I walked in. He was surrounded by a group of Dauntless born, some of them looked younger than 16, and they all turned around to see who had come in.

"I didn't know there was a party for me." I said.

"It's celebrating your new face, since you obviously need a new one, stiff," Zeke joked and then walked over and grabbed my arm, "Thanks for the flag back there, you need anything... I got you." Then he was gone and the crowd dispersed with him.

A Dauntless woman with bright green hair and neon pink highlights smiled, which made her many piercings move on her face. "I'll help you with that face," she said, laughing.

The next day we began fighting each other. I was paired with a girl named Shauna. She was the girl who had barley made the time to get to the train station last night. We were going to fight second, Eric and Anni were fighting first.

I had see both of them fight and if we were betting, I would have bet that Eric would bet Anni within the first two minutes. But, I guess that I was wrong.

I had thought that I had only shot Anni in the stomach, it was just a game! But it just gave her something real to hate me for. In the infermary, she had grabbed my arm and hissed, "Tobias, you're a liar and a showoff."

When Anni and Eric entered the ring, and took their spots in their respectable corners, Amar jumped up and raised his hand. "Okay, easy enough rules, fight until your opponant, or you are either unconsious and/or shot out that you are done or can't take it. Okay?" he glared at Eric, we all nodded. "3...2...1..." He lowered his hand, "Fight!" Amar jumped down, and Anni glared at me and lunged at Eric.

Eric rolled to the side and Anni crashed into the wall, she steadied herself then began to circle Eric, just like he was doing. One would attack the other would dodge, or block. They did that for a long time then Amar shouted "You have one minute to finish or I will personally bang your heads together!"

Eric jumped and punched Anni hard in the stomach, she crumpled. Eric then kicked her in the back, she arched and a grunt of pain escaped her lips. Eric then draged her up and began to punch her in the stomach.

"I'm done!" she screamed. Eric punched her once more then dropped her into a lump on the floor. He sauntered off and Val, and Colton helped Anni up and out of the ring.

"Eaton, Shauna, your up." Amar said, his face was blank. No emotion from what had just happened. 

I walked up and climbed into the ring, then I positioned myself in my corner and Shauna did the same. Her expression was of fear, although, if it was of what had just happened or of me... I wasn't sure.

"Begin," Amar said then climbed out of the ring. I raised my arms in a defensive position as Shauna began to advance. She tryed to punch, but I ducked, she tryed to kick me, but I grabbed her leg and pushed her off balance. She fell and scrambled away. I let her stand back up. 

I saw that the fall had hurt her, and her face now was very consentrated. She eyed me then began to advance again. This time I gave the first punch and hit her shouldar. She pulled away but I kicked her legs out from underneath her. As she fell she tried to grab my legs and pull me down with her, but I danced out of the way.
