chapter eight

Rachel was in her room she had just finished talking to her dads on the phone and was now getting to go work at the diner.

" rachel" Sebastian said from behind the curtains that surrounded her room she didnt know he was back.

"Yeah" she replied.

"Can i come in" Sebastian asked

"Yeah" she said

He walked in and smiled at her oh wow she thought to herself he really was absolutely gorgeous she once agin scolded herself.

" i wanted to say thank you for letting me sleep in here last night it was the nights sleep i have had in months" Sebastian said

"Your welcome" she said

" i was alittle shook up this morning when i woke up i had a missed call from an unknown number and so i went for a work to get my head together. " he said

" is it your dad" rachel asked

" im not sure i rang thad but he doesnt know if my dad knows or not" Sebastian said

"Maybe it was a wrong number" rachel said

"Yeah maybe" he said

"Im off to work now so i best be going" rachel said

"Ok..um would you mind if i cane with you im hungry" he asked.

"No i dont mind" rachel said her tummy was flipping with the butterflies she felt at the thought of spending time with him.

At the dinner

Rachel was in the back getting putting her jacket away Sebastian had found a table in her section.

Rachel left the staff room and went over to his table where he sat looking at the menu he looked preoccupied.

"Are you ready to order" she asked

"Mac and cheese" he said

"And to drink" she asked

" water " he said she nodded and went to place his order before waiting on the other tables in her section.

Sebastian stayed after he finished eating and rachel found herseld smiling because of it then she would scold herself after all why would a guy as gorgeous as him want her.

" what time do you finish" he asked as she brought him another drink.

"In a hour" rachel said

" ok" he said smiling at her.

A group of people came in and it was a mad rush to serve the but it meant the final hour of her shift went quickly anf now her shift was over.

Shall we get a cab its cold out" Sebastian asked as she met him at the door.

"Ok" she said

Once back at the loft kurt and blaine were already in bed as it was now 11pm rachel wanted to go to bed as tomorrow is monday and she has nyada.

" you know the food really is nice at the diner" Sebastian said

"Yeah its not bad is it" rachel said

" so rachel seen as you know i am an overly confident type of guy im going to ask im i on the couch or in with you" he asked

"Whichever you want" rachel said

"Ell in that case your having company tonight" he said

The nexy afternoon

Rachel had just finished at nyada as had kurt and blaine and the three of them headed outnof the building to be met by Sebastian who looked frightened.

"Is it your dad" rachel asked seeing his expression he nodded.

"Have you heard from him or seen him" kurt asked

"No i got a call from thad he was frantic it turns out my dad has gotton some of the investigators who work for him to tap into thads cell qnd discovered him calling my new number. Thad said his cell wasnt working right so he tuck it into to be fixed and thats when they said somebidy had hacked into it and that was why it wasnt working. It means my dad knows in im new york as cell phones ping where they are so i have to leave" Sebastian said

"You cant leave" rachel said unable to stop herself.

"I cant stay at the loft he could turn up and i cant but you guys through that" Sebastian said looking at her.

" yes you can your our friend and we are not going to let him drive you away we are going to the loft and we will discuss this" blaine said.

Kurt hailed a cab the four of them were all silent the entire journey to the loft rachel felt sick she was worried about his dad turning up but she was more bothered about Sebastian leaving.

Once at the loft blaine went to make coffee kurt shut the drapes Sebastian was sat on the couch rachel wrnt and sat next to him.

" get a restraining order against him" kurt said

"He is a state attorney and on the board of directors of state attorneyes who do you think the judge would side with" Sebastian said.

" we could confront him" rachel said

" no im not gonna let him ruin your lives he is vindictive" Sebastian said

" have you still got your phone" rachel asked

"Yeah" Sebastian said

"Have you switched it off so he cant track it" rachel asked

" yep" he said giving her a small smile.

" here we are" blaine said handing them all a coffee.

" if he does turn up he cant make you leave your what six foot two" blaine said

" i cant believe he has found me" Sebastian said

"Not necessarily " rachel said getting an idea.

"What" he asked

"Well your phone is off now isnt it and if anybody knocked you go out onto the roof terrace and we will tell him you were here but you left and we dont know where you are" rachel said

" if he comes here he will have people watching this place" Sebastian said

" then you dont go out " rachel said as blaine's phone started to ring.

" its thad" blaine said

Blaine answered then handed the phone to Sebastian who didnt look happy about what thad had just told him.

" thad said he decided to watch my dad and my dad just parked up at the airport...he is coming...i cant believe this" Sebastian said getting upset.

Kurt started walking to his and blaine's room.

"Kurt" blaine called

"If he is coming we need back up im calling santana im calling sam puck mike even my dad your dad might be a powerful man Sebastian but he cant take us all on" kurt said.

"Kurts right if he comes we should stand upto him" blaine said.

"Im so sorry for putting you through this" Sebastian said looking on the verge of tears.

" your the victim here dont apologise but kurt has a point he is expecting a confrontation with you he isnt expecting to confront all of us" rachel said.

"I dont know what i would do without you all" Sebastian said and surprised her by hugging her she blushed and hoped niether him or blaine picked up on it.

" santana is on her way" kurt said walking back into the room.
