Our History(Rant)

So I was looking through some old rants I have about my internet friends, and I found this one I wrote on September 16th of 2017. And it's vv cringey but oH WhAle

Elodie Hart... Elodie Hart((first of all little andrew didnt know Elodie's actual last name pttt)) I played the name on my lips a couple of times. Elodie Hart was my friend...((i didnt have many of those))

I thought back to the beginning. When we first met... ((how indecisive))

I had been on wattpad for about 3 months when I stumbled upon her quaint profile. She too was a phan, so I immediately followed her. After about a day, she followed me back. Our friendship started out slow, and I never thought it would become what it is today((I honestly think we were both too awkward to talk half the time although we did(i did))).

She commented on my storyboard a few times((i have the screenshots)), and I read and voted on her stories. Nothing too big. That was until about 9 months ago, May 8th 2017, Elodie dm'd me through wattpad, "okee this may sound weird but would you ever want to like skype or something i don't know like" ((her exact words omggg)).

At first I thought that she meant talking through skype, or something beside wattpad, so I gladly accepted.

Now I know what some of you may be thinking. "Andrew, you should be more cautious((PEOPLE TELL ME THIS ALL THE TIME F*CK OFF OK JUST BECAUSE YOU CANT MAKE YOUR OWN FRIENDS DOESNT MEAN YOU SHOULD RUIN IT FOR OTHER PEOPLE. ALMOST EVERYONE WHO MAKES AN INTERNET FRIEND WAS CAUTIOUS IN THE BEGINNING BUT THEYVE GROWN TO LOVE AND TRUST THAT PERSON, AND THEYRE JUST AS REAL AS YOUR EGO))!" I was. And she never sent up a red flag, so kindly f*ck off.

Unfortunately, skype never worked out. But that's when I quickly suggested 'google hangouts', and was practically buzzing to videochat her.

On May 12, 2017, at 7: 38 PM, Elodie and I videochatted for the first time.

I can't explain the feeling I got when she picked up(I called). Imagine the feeling of your crush asking you out, and then right after that your idol likes your tweet. Then you eat your favorite food for dinner, and the new Percy Jackson book is available in the library. And now take the feeling, and multiply it by 40.

Elodie and I videochatted almost everyday after that. No matter the circumstances. Half the time, she couldn't talk because her parent were in the room beside her. But I enjoy sitting there, trying to make her laugh.

Honestly, I don't know where or what I would do without Elodie, or any of my internet friends for that matter. I don't know where I would be. She makes my saddest days become happy. And, I don;t care how many people ship us, I'm not going to let that interfere with our friendship.

*pause for dramatic effect* ((pttt who wrote this XD))

I love Elodie Hart((h a r t)). I don't care what it takes- we will break the distance.
