Everyone comes into our life either for a season or a reason. In the end I can't say Kendyl saved me or I saved Kendyl. I think we both saved each other. We taught one another how to save a life.

Harry's POV
"I don't understand. You look perfectly fine." I frowned not understanding anything.
None of it made sense to me. If it was a joke, I would have been so bloody mad, but at least, it was a joke.
"Since I was in my mother's womb, I've been sick Harry. I have always known that if I made it to 20 or 21, that it would be a miracle. Seems like I only get 19 but I'm thankful." Kendyl chuckled at the end looking away.
"This isn't fucking funny. Please tell me you're joking because you couldn't have kept something so big like that. Please tell me." I begged looking into her eyes but there was no evidence to differ.
"I'm sorry. You don't deserve to find out like this. You don't deserve this at all but-"
"Why would you let me fall in love with you? Let me show you my biggest fears only when you're going to abandon me in the worst way."
"Because I'm selfish and I love you. I probably loved you before we even ever talked at that party! The first day of school when I saw you Harry. I don't know what I was thinking but I just wanted to be around you. I got into some of your classes. I only made that stupid list in hopes that doing some of that stuff would bring me closer to you. But I had no idea just how much. I never imagined that anything that has happened would. I can't even describe it." Kendyl tried to justify herself.
"So you're the sick Sinclair. The one that is terminal." I stated not bothering to ask.
"Yes I am." Kendyl confirmed with tears falling down her cheeks.
For some reason, my mind didn't want to accept it, until it finally did.
