Yoongi woke up with the sun for once. His eyes still hurt. He felt bad, knowing Jungkook was probably busy, but he sent him a text anyway, telling him to come over if he could. He sat up, and sighed, clearly not doing great. He wanted to make everything okay, he wanted everything to be fine, but he knew he couldn't. He just wanted it to stop. His hate for himself, his self loathing, and his anger at when she did intentionally. He really didn't know how Hoseok could continue to look for "the one" when something so terrible could've happened to him. How could he continue to be so happy? He'd have to ask him later on, but today, was a day to explain everything to Jungkook. He simply couldn't mess up another friendship, like the one he once had with Namjoon. He wondered if Namjoon thought about him, and about whether or not they could fix things.
He finally got up, and got dressed, and picked up the clothes on the floor. He got a text from Jungkook, saying he was on his way with snacks and stuffed animals. Yoongi quickly cleaned up the rest of his apartment, making sure it was clean enough for a guest, but messy enough to make it seem like he actually lived there. Since it was just Jungkook, it didn't matter too much how clean it was, since friends don't really care how messy your room is.
As he carefully watered his plants on his bathroom windowsill (the best place for them to get the right amount of sun), he heard a knock on his door. He finished watering them, then went and opened the door, watching Jungkook hurry in, with two bags and a backpack, slightly out of breath.
"Well, I'd like to say you're a bit extra about this. It was just one text."
"Yes, but that means you probably did cry last night, which means it's more serious then you'd like to admit."
For someone who was usually so kind, silly, baby-like, and other things like that, you'd think he was an airhead, but Jungkook was always really good at reading Yoongi.
"I guess you're right." He sat down on his bed, Jungkook sitting next to him, taking stuffed animals out of his bags, putting them all around the shorter, making him surrounded by little bunnies, and other animals. "But seriously, why do you have so many stuffed animals."
"Am I not allowed to have them?"
"It's childish."
"Well you should stop complaining, cause I'm the one helping you." He finished surrounding him, then unpacked his backpack, showing Yoongi all the snacks he brought. "And I'll make you some tea as well." He went to start the water.
"You're too kind."
"I know, but I like being helpful, it makes me feel good-your coffee brewer is out..."
"Oh...yeah, shit, uh...yeah." "I forgot to put it away that night. Bad job me..."
"Hyung...I thought we talked about this...after the research we did, I thought you were really gunna stop drinking coffee. It keeps you up all night cause you sleep in, so you drink later in the day. It's not good for you." He was serious. He raised his voice a little as he made the tea, making sure it was fruity, and without caffeine. Yoongi couldn't look at him. He didn't like it when Jungkook was upset, cause it was rare to see him that way.
"I know...I'm sorry, but I didn't want to sleep, and...and I'm just making up excuses...I'm sorry."
Jungkook sighed. "I'm upset at you, but I'm sure it was just an accident. As we know, you must have been thinking way more than is healthy for you."
He walked back and sat next to Yoongi, and smiled apologetically. "I know it's hard for you to just...accept what just happened, and that it's going to be alright...but it is. It will get better, I promise. And I think working at the shop will definitely help." He smiled a little...like he knew something.
"Yeah? And why's that?"
"No reason. Just a gut feeling."
"Yeah. What exactly, if I want to know, did you do last night?"
"Oh, don't make me sound dirty. I simply did research. For a project. I do go to school you know."
"I know you go to school, but you definitely don't seem like you were doing a project for school."
"Didn't say I was."
"Suspicious. You're suspicious."
"I'm willing to allow you to be suspicious for this."
"So it is something. Well then, what exactly should I be looking forward to exactly? So I can you know, dress for the occasion." He retorted sarcastically.
"Aww come on, you'll thank me later." He heard the tea kettle whistle, and got up to take it off the burner. He poured it into the cup, and brought the steaming tea to Yoongi, who really hadn't moved since Jungkook surrounded him in stuffed animals. "And besides, you don't even know how late I stayed up last night making sure all the research I did was right."
"You stayed up late? You shouldn't need to stay up too late, for whatever research it was. Related to me or not."
"School is school, and you're just as important. So yes, it was necessary. And besides, I knew I was right, I just had to find something to prove me right. I felt like a lawyer or something."
"You're really too much."
"Thank you."
Yoongi laughed a little, sipped his tea, set it down, and piled everything that he had on his chest onto Jungkook, telling him everything, about that night, and how previous nights with her had been something like this too. How he was always the one to "fix things" and how she never had to fix anything. He told him about how he felt, how clearly he had felt the previous night. And it honestly felt good to talk about it. To stop thinking about it. And as usual, Jungkook was an amazing listener. It was easy for him to understand a situation, even when he himself hadn't been in it before. They talked it all out until it was dark, many cups of tea were downed, and most of the snacks were eaten. Jungkook eventually had to leave, taking his stuffed animals, and told him that tomorrow would be good. Yoongi slept for the first time since the breakup.

Hoseok didn't quite understand why Jungkook had suddenly texted him and asked him to see him at his work? And that it was sudden and urgent? He was definitely confused as to why he had to go to one of his students jobs. He taught dance in a dance studio, something he was very happy to teach. But he was definitely confused. Why did one of his students need him? And how the hell did he find his number? He'd have to ask him once he got there.
Hoseok got dressed, ate breakfast, and made his way to the flower shop Jungkook said he worked at. He walked semi quickly, thinking it was a very dire situation, but once he got there and walked in, he saw Yoongi at the desk, reading, and Jungkook smiling next to him. Hoseok blushed and walked into an isle, pretending to look at flowers and other plants. Jungkook stalked up to him, hands behind his back, and a small smirk.
"Sooo...need help finding anything?"
"You're...not helpful. Just because you're my favorite student doesn't mean you can help me with my love life." He whispered, taking a glance at the reading Yoongi.
"Well, he's still really sad, and I think it would be good for him to take his mind off of it. He likes guys too, and he doesn't care if people know that."
"Okay, well I'm suffering a little, because yes I have a crush on him since before the breakup, but asking him out now is too soon right?"
"Too soon, yes. Create a friendship. Take him out today, I can cover his shift."
"I don't know weather to thank you for this, or curse at you for not preparing me."
"I'd suggest thanking me."
"...what's his favorite kind of plant?"
"You're hopeless huh?"
"Shut up."
And by then, Yoongi looked up, having heard his coworker talking. He squinted his eyes to try and make out who was with him, his shape looking familiar. "Wait...you're here why?"
