I had to break the ice, "Por qué te vi montando un perro?"
Percy turned to his Annabeth, then to his mom, "What did she say?"
Sally shrugged and then Annabeth said, "She said, 'Why did I see you riding a dog?'"
"In what language?" Percy asked, Sally trying not to laugh.
"Spanish," She responded, "A language that you got a C in."
I laughed, "Eso es gracioso..."
Percy looked at Sally, "Can she speck English?"
I answered, "Puedo, pero me estoy divirtiendo bromeando contigo."
Annabeth laughed, "I like this girl."
Percy sighed, "If you can speak English, please do."
"I can," I couldn't stop laughing, "but really, why did I see you riding a dog?"
Annabeth smiled, "Let us show you."

"Her name's Mrs. O'Leary," Percy said as we walked up to the massive dog, "She's a-"
"Hell hound," I finished.
Annabeth looked at me, "How did you know?"
I shrugged, "I'm good a mythology," I looked at Mrs. O'Leary, "How is she real?"
Percy chuckled, "Me and Annabeth are demigods. My dad's Poseidon and Annabeth's mom is Athena."
Annabeth looked at him in disbelief, "You can't just tell people that!"
Percy shrugged, "She's family."
Annabeth looked at me, "What's your name again?"
I smiled, "Mona."
