"Lewis! Come on, we're done with the waiting what's the story?"
Cleo asked impatiently, done waiting as we've been waiting for hours for Lewis to give us the miraculous discovery about moon cycle.

Rikki was searching through Emma's fridge, Emma was sitting on an island chair, Cleo was pacing, Ryleigh was sitting on the countertop, despite Emma's protests, and Lewis was twiddling his little thumbs on the computer with the junk app.

"Well I have been examining all the data, cross referencing gravitational pull, lunar tidal effect-"

Ryleigh sighed, "And?"
She was currently swinging her legs back and forth trying to get rid of her boredom.

Lewis sighed, "And I'm still working on it..."

Emma looked at him, joining the conversation.

"Lewis, how much did this program cost you?"

Lewis glanced over his shoulder at her.
"Like I said I downloaded it off the net."

Rikki walked over with a can of soda with a straw in her hands.
"Yeah, but how much did it cost you?"

Lewis glanced timidly at her, "24.95"

Ryleigh snorted from her spot.
"Lewis, you got ripped off."
Emma threw her a look for her bluntness, it's not that she was wrong she just could've been more nice about it.

"Oh, come on." Lewis sighed exasperatedly at the girls for their lack of positive response. "Guys I'm on to something here. I'm not sure how the moon force works on you guys, but it does. It's weird."

Rikki glanced at him incredulously, "It's weird? Thanks Lewis, we walked all the way over here for nothing."

Cleo glanced at her watch, "Alright guys, it's getting late. We should go home and lock ourselves in."

"Relax," Lewis checked his computer. "We've got at least an hour before the moon rises."

Outside the girls were oblivious to the moon already rising.

Cleo walked around the couch to her purple sweater, "Look, I can't just sit around and wait, I'm going home."

Ryleigh and Rikki walked towards her.
"We are too."
The four gathered by the door.

"Hey do you think there's still time to get a burger. I'm kinda of hungry."
Rikki looked over at Lewis trying to get a rise out of him, but he was being a science nerd.

Cleo looked at her disapprovingly. "Rikki."
"Kidding."

"Lewis were leaving. Call each of us the minute the moon rises."

Lewis barely glanced our way, "Yep."
Rikki looked at him annoyed. "It's important Lewis, check on us."
Emma looks over too.
"We mean it Lewis. In case something happens."

"Yes. Yes."

Ryleigh grew a devious smirk on her face. "Hey, were gonna go upstairs and have a pillow fight in our Jim jams. Wanna come?"
Rikki looked at Lewis too. "If your lucky Ryleigh might sleep naked."
Ryleigh looked at her as Cleo looked at her a little sad. Ryleigh punched Rikki's arm. Hard. Rikki just shrugged innocently after rubbing her arm which is sure to bruise.

Lewis hummed absentmindedly. "Mmhm. Mhm. Sound interesting."
Rikki threw her hand up. "Hopeless."

The three girls walked to the door as Emma stayed put.
"Go straight home. Don't strip off anywhere."
"No chance of that. Good Luck."
"You too."

Rikki opened the door and then three froze. Their shining as bright as ever was the Full Moon in all its glory.

Emma looked back and saw them standing there as still as a statue.
"What're you-?" She ran beside them and froze too.
