"Tanaka kun, I have mailed you the photo and resume of the daughter of the Yoshinaka Corporation. Just go through it. You're supposed to meet her this weekend at their hotel. It'd be an excellent opportunity to expand our business. I look forward to hear a positive response from you."

Tanaka just imitated his dad while he just adjusted his collar tie. His father's voice kept booming from the phone, but he knew he had understood the main crux of the message. He was to attend another one of those boring omiai he is going to be bored out of his wits. He once again was going to meet someone who'd be too courteous and make those small talks, never touching upon harsher subjects. From his experience, he could almost predict how his night of the dreaded weekend was going to turn out to be.

He still had no time for this, he had to shortlist the list of interns from abroad for their MBA project program. It was one of those ambitious program that he had initiated despite the reservations of the Human Resource Department. He was the head of the marketing department and he hadn't just reached this place by chance or connections. He had worked hard right from a very young age.

From his experience, he knew that innovation was the key to keep their business alive and this time he had decided to sources interns from Asian countries and keeping other European and American countries as low as possible. He was curious to know what other Asian countries followed and thus was interested to pick their interns.

This process was sure going to be tiring, still he knew the result would be worth the effort!

Yoshinaka Tanaka, the youngest and the pampered son of Yoshinaka Toishi and was the future heir of Yoshinaka Coporations. His father had high hopes on him. His father believed a lot in marriage and family values. Although his father was never very expressive of his love, Tanaka always knew that his father loved him and even if their ideals never matched, he knew his father was trying his best to give his son only the best that he deserves.

One of the reasons, that Mr. Yoshinaka Toishi pushed his son into marriage, at such a young age was because he believed that getting married at a young age gave him a lot of stability than his peers. He found his love at a very young age. They had been neighbours and his wife, then was a beautiful young maiden who stick through him, through thick and thin. He wanted his son to enjoy that stability with a woman that will stand with him through it all.

Although, he never approved of, Ms. Kurosawa Ayaka, he was happy as long as his son was happy. But, when the engagement fell off, he just couldn't bear to see his son go through those weird phase of heartbreaks. As much as he hated to be an overprotective dad, he just couldn't help but feel heartbroken to see his young child grieving through a broken relationship and spending all his time and efforts at the office, instead. Although, this act of Yoshinaka did gain the respect of board members and other employees of the office, he still didn't like to go through such hardships alone.

He knew his son needed a break and that's why he even allowed Tanaka to go ahead with that ambitious project of hiring foreign and local interns to boost their global image and encourage exchange of talent and culture. Although, Toishi was sure his son would make him proud, he still was yearning to see a grandchild soon and even if he couldn't get a grandchild soon, all he wanted was a woman who could be trusted with Tanaka.
