Chapter Six [6]

The moon was slowly being overshadowed by mist and fog, the clouds dancing tenderly past it. Gravestones alighted by the moon every once in a while as the clouds passed the full moon by. It's orange hew making the world more ominous.

Two small figures walked through the graveyard, holding onto the kunai knives they'd been forced into holding. Both had hazed over red eyes, a cloaked figure standing behind them almost shadowed in his ebony; hooded wear. A mask over his face in the shade of tiger orange. Chains bound to the masked man's wrists like collars on the two small children's necks.

"Sasuke, you are young but I have great plans for you. Naruto, holder of the nine tails chakra... I also, have plans for the likes of you. Together, we will destroy what destroyed me." The man tells them.

Naruto growls, baring his teeth. Red chakra flowing out slowly, drained him until he went to his knees. "We'll have to work on that." The masked man says in an amused tone.

Sasuke looks around for a second but stays silent, looking towards Naruto. "Let's go then." The man says after placing flowers at a specific grave. The boys nod, eyes still beaming red... picking them up he vanishes with a flare of leaves.

Minato and Kushina arrived via hirashin, it was late into the night but they'd made it faster thanks to Minato, who was at the moment coughing and sweating from making such a large transport with more than himself in tow.

"I told you, you should work out a bit more Mr. Hokage, you're slacking off these days." Kushina jests.

Minato rubs the nape of his neck and apologizes then becomes serious, "We must find him, of that man gets even half of the kyuubi, Konoha won't survive another attack. Not to mention, I won't allow my child to die before me." He says, eyes squinted.

Kushina nods, "Hokage-Sama, you've arrived!" Kotestu shouts, waving. The other guard half wakes and looks about then stuns and jumps up, "Hokage-Sama!" He shouts saluting dramatically.

"Has Jiraiya-Sensei arrived back yet?" Minato asks ignoring that his gait guards were asleep while on duty. He understood, it was night time... no one hardly ever passed through at night... but there was a crisis at hand, he'd have to scold them later.

"Ah, I see I'm a bit late to the party." A deep voice says.

Minato and the others look up, teeth grit and expressions tense. "Who are you! Show yourself!" He shouts.

The voice turns into a masked, cloaked figure. "You always have to ruin my fun." The man says, sighing heavily and putting the two small children down. Naruto, three and Sasuke a few months older, stare down at the ninja who they'd interrupted.

"Naruto-Chan! Baby!" Kushina shouts then gasps and backs up, "Sasuke-Chan too?! Who are you!"

"Kushina stay back! He's good, to be able to get passed Fugaku and Mikoto as well as Jiraiya. Tell me, who are you? What do you want with my son and my friends child?" Minato asks, arm in front of Kushina.

"...Hehe, hahaha. You don't really get it do you? Minato?" The masked man asks finding the situation hilarious.

"I told you when we fought three years ago that I said I'd be back. The little one's will be coming with me, no need for me to tell you who I am. It's not important." The masked man says.

In an instant, Minato is behind the man kunai out and at his throat. "I won't let you touch them!" He says.

"Then I guess I have no choice but to fight you again." The man says, amused.
