(A/N) Hey, guys! I’m sorry I’ve been on hiatus, but I’m finally back through the power of Markiplier and Jacksepticeye! Now, this is a story that I really want to do. I’ve looked around and have seen not that many stories that star good ol’ Hosty as the main love interest, so I’m putting this one out there! Now, in this story, I will be using my headcanon for The Host. Basically, the headcanon states that instead of being blind, The Host is able to see at several different points of focus and is able to switch between each point, a lot like the security cameras in FNaF. The picture used for the cover is not mine! I just edited it in Pixlr! So, I hope you all enjoy reading this as I will writing it!

(Third Person P.O.V.)

The Host sat upon the grassy hill, a gentle breeze causing his trenchcoat and hair to move. He had been there for several hours, as was the case with almost every other time when he had done so. Every day, he would sit upon this hill, feeling the cool breeze fighting the hot Summer air. This was a good day. The temperature was just perfect for this sort of activity and the sky was clear, allowing him to see more. Behind the cloth covering his eyes, he blinked twice, switching from his current point of focus of the calm lake at the nearby park to a busy street bustling with people. He had always thought this was strange, his ability to see from different points of focus. One of his many relatives, a younger man who called himself the King of Five Nights at Freddy’s, told Host that the blindfolded man’s ability was much like the workings of the security cameras at his former workplace.

Host sighed, changing his point of focus once more. This time, to his own point of view. He stood up, breathed in the cool evening air and began walking back to his home. He was positive his brothers were there, waiting for his arrival. It was his night for dinner after all. A small smile graced his lips as he remembered his brothers’ shenanigans from the night before. Yet, that thought quickly went away when his eyes caught something or someone very familiar. It was a young woman, no older than twenty two. Her (H/L)(H/C) hair was peeking out from the (F/C) beanie she was wearing. She had a slow pace, the same one she had used every other day Host had seen her. She was a regular sight, but there was something different about her than all of the others Host has seen.

A strange aura radiated from her, seeming to hit Host with a sense of nostalgia. It reminded him of his brothers, yet he could not place a finger on whom. She was interesting, that was obvious, but she didn’t know it herself. Host wanted to talk to her, but felt as if she would be defensive upon looking at him, so he simply sighed to himself, making a mental note of her once more. Perhaps he would be able to talk with her tomorrow.

He continued until he finally saw the large house where he had lived in for so long. He took his keys out, unlocking the heavy wooden door and stepping in. The familiar smell of roses and cedar surrounded him as he looked around his home. It was the same as always, clean and nice. The dark grey walls of the living room surrounded him as he started his way to the kitchen. The kitchen and dining room were connected, and sitting at the table, silently upgrading his program once again, was Host’s younger brother, Googleplier. The upgrade was seventy-five percent finished and seemed to be gradually rising. Google jerked his head up to Host, recognizing his brother’s presence.”Hel-l-l-l-lo, Host.” Google said to his older sibling, his voice glitching and stuttering, signaling that he indeed needed the upgrade he was receiving.

“The Host recognizes his brother’s greeting and gives him one as well.” The Host replies, beginning his cooking for the others. As the scent drifted through the house, two more of The Host’s brothers came downstairs, eager for dinner. ‘Perhaps,’ The Host thought to himself, ‘she and I will be able to communicate soon.’

(A/N)WOW! This was an adventure, alright! Sorry that it’s only focusing on The Host for this one, but you will have the spotlight in the next chapter, I promise! Anyways, I hope ya’ll have a good day!
