Chapter 13.

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday! Where all the hard work come to an end... well not really. After dinner last night, I went to my bedroom and heard my phone beep. I checked it out quickly.

From: Harry :)

Hey baby, how are you? My friend is having a party this evening wanna join with me? xx

To: Harry :)

Hey Harry, it's hot here at home. I don't know, I don't think my mom will let me. BTW, I miss you Hazza.

He immediately called me. And I immediately answered.

"Your mom will let you if I'm with you, trust me. I'll ask her if you're scared." he laughes.

"I am not scared. Why would I be..."

"Yup, you're scared."

I can feel that he's smiling at the phone.

"Whatever you say."

He laughes. "So, I'll be at your house around 7. Be ready at that time okay?"

"Okay, see you later. And Harry... thanks." I smiled

"Anything for you, boo. I love you."

"I love you too, Harry."

We ended the call. I skipped to the kitchen and saw mom and dad sitting on the dinning table eating their breakfast. Starting without me aye?

I gave my parents a death glare. My dad just continued to read the newspaper. My mom patted the chair and set my cereal down along with an orange juice. I still have the same breakfast ever since I was 10. Just my cereal and my orange juice.

"You started without me." I made a pouty face.

"Sorry honey, you didn't wake up early. So we started out without you. It's your fault." she crosses her hands.

I sat down and dig in my cereal.

"So, Danielle. How was school this week?" Dad said while putting down the newspaper.

I looked up surprised, it was the first time he had ask me about school, usually he'd just leave it and go along with his day.

"Uum, yeah. It was good. Done all my homeworks yesterday." I coughed.

"Well that's good. And how's Hannah, Sonia and Shanell?"

Wow is this day getting better or what? Dad really cared about them, I guess it's in his very first mood of the day.

"Yeah, their fine I guess. How was work for you two?" I said looking at mom and dad.

"Well, there's really not much to say." Mom looked at dad and dad did the same.

I gave them a glare. "Okay, spill it out. What's the good news?" I knew something was fishy, I had to ask.

"Okay, dad and I got our promotion lately." mom said with joy.
