The title talks for itself, sorry suck at discriotions. Oh and Bruce is Harry's distant uncle and was not able to take care of him for several reasons.
The story takes place during Harry's third year.

King's Cross station Finally it was September 1st, the beginning of the term, Harry and Hermione excitedly pushed their trolleys past the crowds of people heading to the platform 9 3/4. Following them were Noir and Constellation, who were deep in thoughts as they remember their first time here...(Rather it was Bruce only)
As Bruce pushed his trolley he couldn't help but feel a wave of panic passing through him 'How am I going to get to the station if I don't know where it is!' he thought. Then suddenly he saw two kids around his age pushing their trolleys that held a few trunks and cages for the owls. Those were Severus and Lily, and they were talking excitedly about getting to Hogwarts. Bruce, taking in all his courage went up to them and asked "Excuse me? Do you know how to get to the platform 9 3/4?"
The two looked at each other, then Lily gave him a soft smile and said "Of coarse, follow us"
"Thank you" he said
They walked to the wall between platform 9 and 10, Severus looked at Bruce coldly "You go first" Bruce looked at him questionably and Severus gave a frustrated sigh "To get to the Platform you need to pass through the wall, better do it on the run"
Bruce nodded he took a few steps back and rushed to the wall as fast as he could, he was so scared that in case that the impact with wall would actually happen he shut his eyes tight. Once he got closer to the wall he was already expecting an impact, but it never came. Bruce slowly opened his eyes and found himself in another platform he looked up and saw the sign:

He smiled and pushed his trolley through the crowd, there he was able to make out a shock of unruly black hair and called "James!"
The boy with square glasses turned around and gave him exited grin as he saw his cousin approaching "Bruce! There you are mom was worried you wouldn't find the platform!"
"I got some help" shrugged Bruce James put his arm over his shoulder and said "Well I am glad, let's put away your stuff and find a compartment. It will be a year full of adventures!"
If bats could smile that would've been exactly what Constellation was doing right now. "What is it?" asked Sirius
"Nothing I just remembered something" replied Bruce
Harry chuckled "Brings a lot of memories isn't it?" The bat nodded, and with that they ran through the brick wall right after Hermione.
Somewhere with Dick and Zatanna and the other two (Diana: *cough* *glare* Author: *gulps*)
"Now, do you understand?" asked Zatanna as they got to the station
"Get to the platform 9 3/4, I got it!" replied Dick not able to hide his excitement
