Feeling better, baby?" Glenn asked as Paige entered, hair still damp from her shower. "Well, I was able to keep my lunch down, so that's a start." Paige informed him quietly. "You saw firsthand what happened when you practically force-fed me breakfast, and I'll bet you won't try that again, will you, bub?"

"Yes, I did see, and no, I won't," he vowed, with a grimace that made Piper giggle. "It wasn't the least bit funny, Piper, trust me." Glenn assured her. "I – I was l-laughing at the f-face you m-made!" Piper sputtered through her gigging fit. "S-so m-much like P-Paige."

"Shoosh!" Paige commanded. Piper showed no signs of calming, though, so Paige glared at her, then flopped into a chair at the table. "Sorry..." Piper began as she caught her breath and regained her composure again. "After the stresses of this morning, I think I just needed a good laugh. Forgive me?" she asked. Paige scrunched her face comically and waved her hand dismissively at Piper. "You're not pregnant again, are you, Paige?" Piper inquired suddenly.

"God, I hope not!" Paige gasped. "Peyton's barely four months old, and besides, we always, always use protection," she informed her sister. "Okay, umm, too much information, there, kiddo." Piper stated with a shiver of revulsion. "Besides... you and Dave used protection, also, and you still ended up with her." As Paige opened her mouth to scream at her sister for mentioning Dave's name, Piper continued quickly, earning herself a scathing look from Paige as she said. "And may I add, babies closer in age have been born to the same parents, so it's not unheard of..."

"Don't you even curse me like that, lady." Paige warned. "Otherwise, I may be tempted to cast a fertility spell on your ass that'll put you in the same boat as me...I'm just saying," she added as Piper shot her a death glare. "Not possible, Missy Paige," Piper replied. 'Believe me, I know.' she thought to herself.

'That's right, you do.' came Paige's returning thought. 'You did try everything possible when you were working toward Garrett's conception.'

'Um, should I be hearing this?' Glenn's thought was heard in the sisters' heads. They both turned to him and said aloud in unison. "Glenn, do you mind?!"

"Sorry!" he muttered sarcastically. "I think I'll go and watch television; at least then nobody will snap at me," he finished as he got up from the table and stalked angrily out of the room. "Honey, wait!" Paige called after him. "He's really pissed at me, Piper." Paige moaned as she buried her face in her hands briefly. "He called in sick today so that he could take care of Peyton and me, and his boss chewed him a new one for it; all because he took off yesterday to go to court with me. I swear his boss has no heart or sense of family... no wonder why he's a bachelor," she grumbled.

"Yeah, now see? That's an advantage I have in being my own boss," Piper stated. "I don't have to answer to someone else; I can do what I want, when I want..."

"How you want." Paige answered in a sassy tone. "Exactly!" Piper praised. "Not to mention the fact that school wasn't the easiest for me, so buying P3 was the perfect choice... I'm able to work within my own capabilities, and I don't have to worry about getting myself into panicky situations, with stuff I don't know how to do... Less chance of people accidentally getting blown to briquettes this way, also."

"Oh, I see... so I'm not only your baby sister, I'm also target practice, huh?" Paige queried dryly. "You're in range, brat." Piper cracked, as she grinned sadistically at Paige. "Don't do that again, Piper..." Paige requested with a wide-eyed expression of fear. "That face bordered on demonic, lady."
