Tony always had a soft spot for Scott. They both had a daughter so they both would brag about each other's. When Iola left around three months ago, Scott understood his pain. It was almost like how he felt when he tried to earn money for child support. Steve also joined Tony and Scott in the depressed slump. As the godfather, Steve felt as if he failed to help her out in her time of need. Rylan managed to put aside his dislike for Peter and help with trying to locate her. The two spent a lot of time trying to find her. Even Bucky tried to look for her.

"We have to get on with life," said Natasha one day. Everyone looked at her with confusion. "We've been wallowing for months now. Don't you think it's time to get our lives together? Iola said that she would come back so she will!"

"You don't know what it's like to lose a child," said Tony angrily.

"Tony. She has a point," said Pepper. "Trust your daughter. If you were in her position you'd do this too wouldn't you?"

Tony sighed and glanced around at everyone. Steve looked deep in thought and Rylan had an impassive expression.

"If Iola doesn't come back in two more months I'm going to look for her. I'm not stopping until I find her. Two months."

Iola followed Dr. Strange as they briskly walked through the library. They passed through shelves and shelves of books.

"You're saying you've read them all?" Dr. Strange asked raising an eyebrow.

"Yes. Every single one of them, including the Ancient One's personal library," answered Iola watching as Dr. Strange put the stack of books she held away.

"And you understood them all?"

"No. Some were in Sanskrit which I'm not entirely fluent in. I can make out the main meaning of it however," said Iola following him to the next row of shelves.

"Impressive," said Dr. Strange nodding slowly in approvement. "You haven't learned everything yet."

"I know."

"How willing are you to learn? Are you patient enough to spend years here?" he asked turning to look at her.

"Yes," said Iola without hesitation.

"Good. With that determination it should take about half a month," he said pleased. "The fact you read so much and already excel at everything is extremely impressive. Are you sure you're sixteen?"

"I'm seventeen in two months," she informed grinning.

"Well then. Let's work quickly so we can get you home before then."

The silence in the facility was strange. Iola had expected to hear people shouting and running around but instead she found that it was abnormally empty. There were only a few people quietly making the way around the place. No one had noticed the girl was back as she had used the sling ring to get herself into her room. She had access to the security cameras from her computer which led to her realizing she was alone in the Avengers wing. While she waited for the team to come back, she decided to decorate her room.

All her old engineering tools were moved to the closet which was then deemed her hobby area. The book shelves that once held mechanical books now held ancient books she 'borrowed' from the library when she was being taught by Dr. Strange. The walls held her new equipment like the Vaulting Boots of Valtorr and the Staff of the Living Tribunal. After she was satisfied, she went and raided the kitchen, finally getting an American junk food meal for once.
