"Hello earth to Akariiii," Alyson said. I shook my head, "Sorry, you were saying?" Alyson just laughed, "What's got you all 'head in the clouds' today?" I started blushing, "You know that guy I told you about? Well we went out and had a great time. We've been texting non-stop. He's so charming." "Well get going and ask him out again then and we'll talk about recording later this week, now go!" I smiled at her and left to go call him.

I dialed his number, it was ringing for a few seconds. Suddenly I hear the other end pick up. "Hello?" I asked. "Hi Akari, listen I'm sorry I can't talk right now. Lia is running around...gah...hold on...Lia, get sit down right now. I'll call you back, I'm sorry," Ren said then the phone was dead. I felt a pit in my stomach, but I knew it was because of Lia, that he had to hang up so quickly. My phone started ringing, "Hello?" "Hey, sorry. Lia was running around after her bath and she wouldn't put on clothes. It was a mess. So what's up?" I laughed under my breath. "I was wondering if you wanted to go out again soon," I said. "Yeah definitely, I meant to call you and ask if you wanted to," he said. I could tell he was smiling by the warmth of his voice. "What do you want to do?" I didn't say anything for a minute. "How about we just go get ice cream or something? Nothing too big or to crazy," I laughed."Haha, sounds good to me, how about tomorrow around 5? My mom should be able to watch Lia by then." "Okay, I'll see you then. Bye."
