I put the ring on Natalia's finger, I pull her in and kiss her passionately. I look down at Natalia's belly, she's pregnant with my baby girl , she's now 7 months.
She looks up to me, I look into her eyes, her eyes are bleeding. she puts her hand between her legs, she brings her hand up and it's full of blood. She opens her mouth and blood rushes out of her. I panic. She starts fading away "natalia" I yell . She completely fades, I drop to the floor , curl into ball and hope this would end.
"Grayson" I hear a very familiar voice, Natalia.I try to open my eyes , I can't .

Ethan,Neels Aaron,Alissa and I rush into the emergency area. I choke on my tears also stumbling.
"Grayson Dolan" the doctor comes up. Ethan gets up. "Sorry to say, but Grayson is in a coma, we don't know when he's going to wake up" the doctor sighs. "Can we see him" Ethan says while his voice cracks, Alissa pulls him in into a hug. "Yes you can, just two at a time" the doctor says. "I'm going in who wants to come" Ethan says. I quickly get up. "I do" I say. "Nata-" i cut Aaron off. "I've had enough with you Aaron, shut up" I say through gritted teeth.
"Let's go ethan" I say pulling him towards Grayson's room.
We walk into the room, I have this feeling to talk. I look at Ethan he nods. "Grayson" I blurt out.
"I'll wait outside"Ethan says and I nod.
"Fuck Grayson, why"I sigh sitting down next to him. "I feel like this is my fault, I shouldn't have gave you chance, I just wish you would hate me instead of liking me" I say as my eyes sting. "But Grayson, I love you, I hate to admit it. I'm just doing this to keep you safe,I don't want Aaron to hurt you" I try saying without my voice cracking.
"I can't keep seeing you like this" I start sobbing. "I got to go" I say running out the room

Baby, you don't have to protect, I have to protect you. Who gives a fuck about Aaron, age is just a number.
"I can't keep seeing you like this" she says.
Natalia, it's going to be okay, I'll wake up in no time, I promise. We'll be happy together.
"I got to go" she cries. I picture her running out the room. "Natalia, where are you going" I hear a voice that sounds like Ethan
Ethan! Get her! Natalia, baby, come back.

"Natalia,where are you going" Ethan chases me. I stop running and drop to the
floor. "I can't keep seeing him like this" I sob.
"Please stay strong for him" Ethan sighs. "I really cant ethan, I hate seeing him like this, it's all my fault, I shouldn't have liked Grayson,only like a brother" I cry. "Something is telling me you guys are going to be happy together, he's going to wake up" Ethan says. "I'm going home" I say getting up walking away. "Please be safe" I hear Ethan say and sighs walking back to Grayson's room.
