Natalia Carpenter
Today, is Ethan & Grayson's birthday. Grayson hasn't woken up, I haven't visited him since the last time I left running. I can't see him like that, I just blame myself everyday.
I walk into Ethan's apartment . "Hi natalia, how are you doing"Alissa asks. Alissa is devastated, Grayson is her Bestfriend. She's been praying , that's all I know.
"I'm doing fine, I'm just came to say happy birthday to Ethan and I'm gone" I say not making eye contact.
"Are you going to visit Grayson today" she asks. "Wait, i already know the answer"she sighs. I nod. I look back down and walk into Ethan's room. Ethan has been miserable without his twin brother. He just spends his hours and days in the hospital and hopes for Grayson to wake up.
"Goodmorning Ethan" I say sitting down on the bed. "Hi natalia" He says. I look down at Ethan's beard. He grew a very patchy beard, he hasn't shaved. I sigh. "Happy 20th birthday Ethan" I lean in for a hug. He hugs back and holds me tightly. "I've actually got you something" I say. "No, Natalia why" he says and he looks down at the gift I got him. He really likes stranger things, I got him a box pull of pops as stranger things characters. He smiles and hugs me. "Your welcome Ethan" I smile. "Thank you so much" He says hugging me tighter.
"Well, I have to get going" I sigh getting up. "Are you coming with us to celebrate with us at the hospital, I can't celebrate with out him even if he's still in a coma." Ethan says. "I can't" I say. "Why not, Natalia you told me your going to stay strong for Grayson and I" Ethan says with hurt in his eyes. "Ethan! I can't look at Grayson, it hurts me" I cry. "I'm sorry Natalia. I shouldn't have pressured you" he says getting up and hugging me. I sob into his chest. "I have to go" I say wiping my tears.
"Fine, be safe Natalia" Ethan sighs letting me go. I towards his door. "Natalia" Ethan says softly. I turn to look back at him. I wait for him to talk "Thank you" he says. I nod and leave
Ethan Dolan
I walk into the hospital with Alissa,Cam, my mom and Dad, and Aaron. We walk into Grayson's room setting up the stuff.
We sang, we talked, we laughed, we watched some old movies on the crappy hospital tv.
"Let's sing happy birthday before we leave"I say.
Grayson Dolan
Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you,happy birthday to Grayson, happy birthday to you.
Every voice is familiar, I can't seem to hear Natalia's. Where is she , I thought.
I have to wake up, god at least let me wake up.
Please.
I put all strength to open my eyes.
Ethan Dolan
We stopped singing, I sigh. "Let's go guys" I say. Everyone nods and starts walking out the door. "Where's Natalia" I hear a very raspy voice. I look back to see Grayson looking around the room looking for Natalia that hasn't even been visiting him for the past week and his first words are 'Where's Natalia'
I rush over to Grayson and hug him. "Gray your awake" my mom comes up pushing me out the way. I smile at my moms excitement.
"Where's Natalia" he repeats, "That's not important right now, the important thing is that your awake" my mom says. "Natalia is important" Grayson says.

I sit down on a bench near the apartment thinking wether if I should go to the hospital or not. I sigh, I guess I'll go.
I get up but I get pushed to the floor. I groan , I look up to see a man pointing a gun at me. I start getting nervous. "Give me all your stuff" he demands. "Here, take everything but please don't shoot me"I throw him my stuff. He grabs them "please do-" I get cut off by the pain on my stomach. The guy runs off leaving me on the floor bleeding . "Help" I yell before I pass out.
Ethan Dolan
"Gra-" everyone gets cut off by shouting outside the room by doctors. "Emergency room now" a doctor shouts. Aaron opens the door to check and immediately breaks down. "What" i say. "Natali-a she's being rushed to the emergency room" Aaron sobs. "What" Grayson shouts. "Shh" Mom says.
"Stay here" I stay to Aaron and he nods. "Wait let me go" Grayson fusses . "Grayson stay" mom demands. Grayson throws himself back on the bed rolling over.
I rush out the room to see what's going on. "Natalia Carpenter" I say to the lady in front. "Shes in the emergency room, it's bad, we don't know if she's going to live or not, she's been shot" the lady sighs.
I sob and go back to the room. "What's going on, please tell me" grayson says on the edge of spilling out tears. "The nurse or doctors say they don't know if she's going to live or not, she lost lots of blood" I sob. Aaron breaks and Grayson starts trying to get up.
"Grayson stop, lay down"Mom says trying to get Grayson back on the bed. "Stop"grayson says with a intimidating look and mom takes a step back.
"Cmon, Grayson just chill" I say grabbing his arm. "Don't touch me" He growls stumbling to the door. The doctor walks in causing Grayson to fall. "Oh Grayson Dolan , your awake,I'm glad" the doctor smiles dragging Grayson back to the bed and Grayson breaks down.

Sorry I was so inactive, I'm currently rewriting a book and I binge watched all seasons of the walking dead. Oooof.
All my prayers go to the kids affected by the school shooting in Florida.
