"All I know is that, my art would be drawn on you. I'd like to make it permanent."

"Have you ever been in love Park Jimin?"
"Is that important to ask at this time?" Jimin was a tad bit irritated as his older best friend Jung hoseok, helped him unpack his belongings.
Jimin had bought a small part of the strip mall in downtown seoul. He wanted to open a unique tattoo salon.
Just as he was successful in making tattoos are more acceptable part of life, he wanted to convince Seoul the same thing. Parents were so strict about putting something permanent on skin...which was ridiculous to Jimin.
"Yes, you never tell me about your personal love life and we've been friends for what...10 years now?" Hoseok raised his eyebrow at the younger male.
"I've kept it private for a reason." Jimin avoided eye contact, finally opening his large portfolio of the tattoo designs he has created. He was impressed with his artwork.
He was an artist after all. And artist of black ink. The artist, who makes his work permanent onto other people's bodies.
Sounds weird right?
"So I tell you about all the girlfriends I've had and you tell me nothing." Hoseok seemed a bit disappointed that Jimin didn't seem to trust him to this day regarding his intimate relationships.
Jimin didn't understand why Hoseok was so interested all of a sudden. Was he obligated to mention that part of his life?
NO.
However Jimin just gave in, so he could continue to work in peace while setting everything in the new shop.
He sighed before he began to say the truth. "Fine. Yes I have been in love. But after she left my life, I have chosen to be single for the rest of my life. Happy now?" Jimin finally looked at the older with eyes full of anger. He hated talking about his past, which partially explains why he wanted to start fresh by moving to Seoul.
Busan brought him too many memories.
"Sorry Jimin, I didn't know."
"Of course you didn't. It meant to be private, yet you wouldn't shut up about it."
