"If you could paint a piece of art, what would it be?"
"All I know is that, my art would be drawn on you. I'd like to make it permanent."

Being Brave.
To Be Brave.
Bravery....
That was definitely something Jimin struggled with, once upon a time. His bravery did increase...but fell apart like dust.
His soft tattoo-less skin, was now covered with various ink styles, that contained hidden meanings.
When events in his life hit him like a rock being thrown against weak glass, made his soft and caring personality change into a tough, strong, intimidating, arrogant individual.
However, no one knew, even his friends, that Jimin was at times living a lie. Even...wearing a mask of some sort.
Even speaking with Jungkook along the way to the bar, he was ecstatic. He was too absorbed into the conversation, he didn't even realize he was being rude by ignoring Jungkook's girlfriend. He had so much to say, but was covering so much at the same time.
Being judged, was a huge insecurity of his.
After Jungkook moved to Seoul to study in college, Jimin didn't even have the guts to explain and say that he missed him dearly during those months apart. Jimin wanted to give him time, and space...and not reveal his soft heart towards the younger boy. He was a college student after all.
Jimin was once a student...he knew the life of one.
Jimin's friendship with Jungkook meant so much to him and no words can explain it.
Once Jimin changed, it's not like people would easily approach him like it once was the case. Making friends wasn't easy, so he gave up on that after he made his solid group of a few friends.
However...Jimin would be denying that people approached him too quickly in the past, taking advantage of him.
Jimin....had had enough.
Regardless of the thoughts of negativity that was somewhat forming in his head, he tried his best to focus on the present...the now...because that was the cause of his happiness....or was it really?
----
"So, are you seeing anyone?" The moment Jungkook asked those words, a trigger of a past memory zoned him out of the current world. His body felt stiff, frozen.
The surrounding sounds became dull...Jimin felt deaf.
And the memory, finally came alive, twisting his heart in agony.
"Jimin, you meant nothing to me."
"What? How could you say that-"
"Because I can. From day 1, I only accepted you because I knew you were head over heels for me. You wouldn't stop being a pain since you followed me around, attempting to get my attention."
Jimin couldn't believe the words he had heard. His girlfriend, never showed any hint that she was pissed. That she was a user....Jimin's eyes began to water and sting, a part of his heart being impacted with sudden pain, "I gave EVERYTHING to you. I adjusted my schedule for you, sacrificed so much for you-"
"Well, I appreciate you providing the sacrifices...but better luck next time in finding a woman who sincerely loves you, correct? Oh wait...who wants to date a son of a bitch like you anyway? No one would approach you with those tattoos."
"Babe-"
"Well, you won't be calling that anymore. Have a great life Jimin. And I hope you note the intense sarcasm in my words."
----
"JIMIN!" Jungkook slapped Jimin's arm, while keeping his eyes on the road.
"What?" Jimin almost half yelled, by the unexpected hit. However, at least, that brought him back to reality.
The memory was welcomed unexpectedly, and it almost felt like Jimin couldn't breathe.
"I asked you a question."
"I'm not interested in dating anyone." The tone of JImin's words, made Jungkook feel confused. It was a normal thing to ask, wasn't it?
"Sorry man. Um...anyway, we're almost near the bar. We'll have a great time."
