"We're talking about love issues because?"
"Well, it relates to Lisa. I have a confession."

25 minutes had gone by and Jimin had finished the tattoo as Hoseok requested. Jimin didn't want any interruptions, so hoseok decided to keep the thoughts to himself until the tattoo was finsihed.
It really ended up being the quote mentioned earlier.
Secrets hidden under my smile
"Now you can tell me." Jimin wasn't looking forward to what he would hear. The girl he met briefly, named Lisa was supposed to be a terrible client from the past. Who just happens to know some of his friends.
"I'll admit, I did like Lisa." Jimin gestured Hoseok to walk over to the waiting area, that contained two leather couches. The two men decided to sit down.
Hoseok continued, "I was the only one who was 'playing hard to get'. You don't understand how many times I just wanted to fall for her charms, especially after I found out that she liked me."
"She liked you?" Jimin asked.
"I think she still does." Jimin looked at his dear friend, who had a serious expression. The man who was always having a smile on his face, making others laugh, was now serious himself.
"What makes you think that?" Jimin was still confused why Hoseok was speaking about his past of some girl who had no significance to him.
"The other day at the club, the way she looked at me was how she used to look at me. I feel like, I was the first person that she truly liked, not wanted to play with."
"Okay, so you were the special guy. And?"
Hoseok chuckled as jimin said 'special guy'. A little spark was erupted, as the thought of Lisa popped in his head. But, the feeling soon vanished into a bit of sadness. "It's like I lost the chance. Yes, she liked me. And i think her intention was to play me like she played all the other guys. I wouldn't give in, although it really shocked me how well she could get a guy's attention so easily. However, realizing she liked me, it was too late because graduation was near. And then we split ways. I wanted to date her. Be in a real relationship."
"Hyung, i'm so confused as to why we are talking about her."
"I think she really suits you." Jimin widened his eyes.
"What?" Jimin's jaw almost dropped to the ground.
"Yes, I do like her. Yes, she was cute and beautiful at the club the other day. I was so surprised to even see her transform like that. But maybe i'm just confusing myself with the feelings I used to have for her, thinking I feel the same for her."
"So you want me to date her to confirm your feelings?"
"Maybe?" Hoseok was a bit embarrassed at what he was proposing.
"Fuck no. Date her yourself. Then you'll know about your feelings. It makes much more sense."
"I would, but I don't think it would be the best for both of us."
"Why not? You're both adults now. You've both changed."
"I'm not the right one. I know it." Hoseok really didn't want to say it. But he had no choice did he?
"You're really confusing me right now."
"My father ruined her career. He fucking ruined her life. He's such a dick." Hoseok's eyes began to tear up.
"What are you talking about-" Jimin was having difficult to piece all the information being thrown at him.
"He fired her. It's funny actually because, he's the one who was being a perverted ass hole."
"Be more clear hyung. I promise, I won't judge you." Jimin was shocked to see Hoseok's eyes become so watery that the tears started to fall down. Jimin was used to hoseok cheering him up, not the other way around.
But maybe trying to make him happy wasn't the right time. He's been holding something for so long.
"My dad was the boss of the company Lisa used to work at. I didn't even know that she was working there until I stopped over at his office. He actually had multiple photos of her in his cabinet drawer. They were clearly taken without her knowledge." Jimin wasn't sure how to act.
Jimin thought of Hoseok's father as his own. He was a different man, but clearly something had changed when Hoseok's parents divorced.
"What type-"
"The pictures weren't bad. They were all at her workplace. Pictures of her working at her office, smiling at her coworkers, drinking coffee. It couldn't be my dad who took the photos, but obviously he asked for photos of her. Someone in the company secretly took photos of her in exchange of getting paid by my father."
"Who was the person?"
"That person happens to be my ex."
"Mina?" Jimin asked. HOseok sadly nodded his head.
"However, as for revenge because I broke up with her, she took things too far. She's a pathetic bitch." Hoseok huffed out a sigh before continuing, "Lisa went to his office a few times to drop of files. My dad liked her, which is so fucking gross. And Mina took pictures without his knowledge during the office interactions. The angles were taken in a way that it looked like my dad was so in love with a woman more than half his age. Mina made edits, and used them to threaten him for money."
"Wow, I'm so sorry hyung."
"Regardless, my dad gave the money because he didn't want to loose his job. He started the company after all. However, Mina didn't keep the promise of keeping her mouth shut even after receiving the money. She made it seem as if Lisa was the culprit. Mina spread rumours that Lisa was the one who initiated having the affair with my dad. That she was the one who seduced him, fucked him a couple of times. None of it was true. Mina targeted lisa, knowing that she was favoured among the staff. She was a hard and dedicated worker."
"I-"
"And to top things off and end it as a 'happy ending', My dad fired her to save his fucked up ass. Mina eventually left the job anyway, but it was after all this, I couldn't believe I dated a psycho."
"I never knew this." Jimin felt really bad for his friend. This conversation got really dark and depressing.
"Because I didn't want you to know how much of an ass my dad was. He got all fucked up after the divorce. I haven't spoken to my dad in a while. Lisa still doesn't know that her boss was actually my dad. I would feel so guilty if she found out. She would hate me. It would be so hard for me to keep such a big thing that changed her life, if I dated her."
"But it's not your fault."
"Anything would be my fault, no matter what family member of mine was involved."
