Aiden's POV

Aiden still couldn't believe what he'd done. That he kissed her. That he kissed her like that. What had he been thinking? He hadn't been thinking. At all. He didn't even know what'd come over him it was just like realization hit him suddenly.

One minute he seemed to be counting down the seconds until she got a hold of herself. Wanting to see her do anything but cry.

And then suddenly wanted her. He wanted her closer to him, he wanted to feel her fragile body under his, he wanted to tell her everything running through his head by only using his body.

She didn't seem to protest either.

He smiled slightly remembering the way she'd trembled under his weight. Not in the bad way that had been happening when she was going on and on about disappointing him. It was the good way that only came from pleasure.

He felt a frown form on his face and he unconsciously tighten his arm around Stella's waist. They were sitting under one of the tall trees on the quieter side of the courtyard waiting for Keith.

They were supposed to be going bowling soon but judging by the way her eyes had fluttered shut as soon as she sat down, she wasn't going to make it.

It worried him how she managed to work herself up over things that weren't even there. Disappointed? How could she even think she disappointed him? Was he really that judgemental? Or was she just being a big baby?

Either way she'd been talking nonsense. She didn't have to be strong for him. He didn't care if she was breaking down, just as long as getting it all out would lead to er building back up again. That's all he wanted.

After what had happened the other night, all of the Stella Aiden had once knew had broken into a million tiny pieces. She'd shattered and he witnessed it. So it was up to him to put them back together again. To show her who she is and what's she's capable of.

Of course he didn't expect himself to open up the way he did. Like an open book. He thought to himself. It was like as soon as she told him what was inside of her, what it was that was setting her off, everything came into the light for him. And now there was no way he was turning back.

"Keith's here." He'd nestled his lips in her hair, close enough to kiss her ear but deciding against it, after some debate. His whispers even seemed to startle her. She awoke with a jolt. Her whole torso rising out of his grasp.

He Wanted to pull her back but decided against that too. Keith was going to be asking enough questions as it is. And the Karen problems were starting up again.

He had to fight the need to roll his eyes. He hated Karen, just as much if not more than Keith did. She was a manipulating man huntress and she took advantage of Keith's dad's many business trips as often as she could.

When he was away she'd throw these parties, had private 'meetings' use up money on the credit card for "emergencies" and just take full advantage of Mr. Water's very big soft spots. Keith wasn't able to see when it was happening at first, or maybe he had and had just been ignoring it cause he was so Damned nice, but Aiden called her out on her bullshit from the get go. And because of that he was practically banned from keith's house when his dad was away.

When Keith stopped in front of the two of them, he had a huge stupid smile spread across his face. Aiden forced down his own smile cause he knew Keith knew something had happened between him and Stella and it reminded him that something good just happened between the two of them.

Something that was definitely worth smiling over.

"So..."Aiden started, staring up at Keith expectantly. "What are we doing man?"
