Meeting The Guild

YN's pov

After I had officially joined the guild, Wendy offered to introduce me to the others. The first people she introduced me to were the two idiots I knocked out earlier.

"YN this is Natsu. He's a fire dragon slayer." Wendy introduced me to the salmon-haired guy.

"Hey man. I'd like to challenge you to a fight. Got to get you back for knocking me out." Natsu said which caused me to chuckle.

"Natsu do you always have to challenge everyo-"

"Alright. Sounds like fun" I interrupted which caused Wendy to pout.

"However let's wait until after Wendy gets done introducing me to everyone" I suggested to which Natsu nodded

"Alright. Just come and find me when you're ready." He said before walking away.

"Interesting fellow." I described Natsu which caused Wendy to giggle

"You don't know the half of it." She said as I chuckled.

"This is Gray. He and Natsu are rivals." Wendy said pointing to a black haired guy.

"Um. Where's your clothes dude?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

He looked at himself before sighing in annoyance.

"Damn it. Anyways It was nice meeting you YN " he said smiling before walking away

The next person Wendy introduced me to I already knew.

"And this is" Wendy started

"Erza Scarlet. Kinda hard not to know who you are." I interrupted.

"Will you please stop interrupting me?" Wendy asked puffing her cheeks in annoyance.

"Sorry." I apologized rubbing the back of my head.

"It's okay. That just gets annoying." She said accepting my apology.

"The person sitting beside Erza is Lucy." Wendy said pointing at a blond haired girl.

"Hello. It's nice to meet you." I greeted as she smiled.

"It's nice to meet you too." Lucy greeted back as I smiled.

Wendy's pov

"Well. That's everyone. I hope you will enjoy your time here. We're glad to have you as a member of our family" I said as he smiled.

"Family is right. It's hard to come by a guild that's as close as everyone here is." he said chuckling.

"Well. I think I'll give Natsu the fight he was wanting." He said which worried me.

"Are you sure? Natsu is pretty tough." I asked him.

"Positive. You want to come and watch." He asked me.

"Sure." I answered with a smile.

Timeskip to when everyone is outside to watch the fight.

"You're ready" Natsu asked YN who smirked in response.

"That's a question you should be asking yourself." YN said surprising me.

"Alright. Let the battle begin." Erza the referee announced.

"Fire Dragon Roar" YN said as he breathed fire confusing me.

"Doesn't he know fire magic doesn't work on Natsu?" I asked myself outloud

"Yeah. He knows."

I looked over to see Christian standing there with his arms crossed. I turned my attention back to the fight.

"Man! These are some tasty flames you got" Natsu said as he ate the fire.

Immediately after the flames were all gone I saw YN run at Natsu not giving him anytime to block or counter. He dropkicked Natsu sending him stumbling back about five feet.

Natsu immediately got up and ran at YN only to be met with a roundhouse kick to the head.

As Natsu was getting back up I saw YN preparing to attack again. He ran at Natsu and curb stomped him knocking him out.

We all stood there completely shocked at the onesided fight.

"What just happened?" I asked turning to Christian

"YN knew that Natsu would be too focused on eating the fire to see that he was preparing for an attack as soon as the fire was gone. Since Natsu was still recovering from the surprise, his next attack was sloppy and predictable an easy one to counter. YN knew that wouldn't be enough to keep him down though which is why he waited until the right moment and delivered that curb stomp." Christian explained as I turned my attention back to YN who was helping Natsu up.

Wow. If that's how good he fights without magic. Then, how good is he with it. First day here and YN has already rendered everyone speechless, that is an accomplishment.
