<Back when I was 6 years old>

<HONG KONG>

I was just an ordinary kid who was going to school normally.

Well...I always got bullied because of my appearance.
I have this round glasses and I always put my hair up.

Every.Single.Day.This group of girls always coming for me to get all of my stuff.

They always going to open my bag without my permission and take my money and throw my bag on the trash can.

I wanted to fight back. I wanted to speak up.
But.I cant.

Because if I did...They will lock me on the washroom stall.

I was just a kid back then...I was scared

But one day, there was this new kid in our class. He was good looking and all of my classmates gathered around him making him uncomfortable.

"Class, stop surrounding him please?" The teacher spoke

"Jackson, can you come here in the front and introduce yourself?" She added and give him a warm smile

"Hi, My name is Jackson Wang. You can call me Jackson.I'm new here, please be kind to me" he said and then smiled.

"Well thank you, Jackson. You can sit beside that girl over there"

In the corner of my eyes, I can see him walking towards me.

"Hello! What's your name?" He excitedly asks me as he sits down

You just give him a stare and continue listening to the teacher, ignoring his presence

"Why don't you talk back? Did I do something wrong?"
He asks me in concern

You sighed.

You turn your head on him and say
"My name is Jaime. Jaime Cassandra. Call me whatever you want"

"You have a very nice name!" He told me while smiling

"And you're so pretty! Wanna be friends?" He added while grinning and putting his hands up to handshake with me.

I can feel my cheeks turning hot....it's the first time someone told me I'm pretty.

"Sure" I reached for his hand and shake it.

<TIME SKIP>

It was lunchtime which means the 5 groups of girls will going to me and get my stuff again.

But I don't really care anymore, I'm used to it...

"Yah! Give us the money.Now." She told me with a bitchy voice

'This girl is still young but she's acting like she was in her 20s' I thought.

I just walk past them, trying to ignore their presence.

"WHERE DO YOU THINK YOUR GOING?!!?" The high pitch voice of a girl that I hated the most

"MINA!! What's wrong with you?! Why do you need to do this to me every single day?! Stop this already? Just please?" I told her while she looked at me in shock, same with the others beside her

"So you're talking back now huh?" She scoffed

I was trying to escape the situation I was in but pairs of hands hold me tight and I felt someone taking my backpack off me.

"NOOO, STOPP," I told them as I try to pull my arms off their dirty hands

"Oh just look at this. Girls! Look what I found!" She devilishly grinned

It...it was my favorite handkerchief..that my granny gave me.it was the last gift she gave me before she died.

My eyes got winded

"No please no! Anything but that!!"

"Hey stop! Give me that" that Jackson guy snatched my handkerchief from her hand

"J-jackson..what are you doing here??" She was scared as hell

"Why am I doing here? You're bullying her!!!" He sarcastically told to them

"She's just a nerd! She's nobody!" One of the girls yelled

"Just a nerd? Just a nobody?!" He snapped back getting annoyed

"Who are you to say that to her?!" He added.

"Well, I'm Mina Lee, just call me Mina and I'm the daughter of the principal of this school" She smirked

"Look, I don't care if your the daughter of the principal or whatever, bullying is not allowed here! And if you continue doing this.."
He steps closer to Mina causing her to step back.

"..I'm the one who's going to report you to that father of yours!" He raised his voice at Mina who was flinching a little in his sudden voice.

"Now. Go!" He raised his voice higher this time

"UGHHHHHG!!!!!" The five of them walk away annoyed on what happened

"Here" he handed me my things back

"Thank you, Jackson, I really appreciate it, I owe you" I give him the best smile I could do.

" no problem. why are you letting those noobs bully you, aishhh this girl" he told me while helping me getting up

"I'm used to it anyways..." I just put my head down low

"No. They were hurting you!" He told me with a concerned voice

After that day, we always hang out every time and walk home together.

As every day passes we got to know each other even more. We become Best friends.

Every time I got bullied, Jackson is always there to protect me.

I also noticed that Mina keep glancing at me and Jackson when we were together as if she likes to kill me or something.

After that day...I never felt alone and I learn how to smile because of HIM
