Sorry, I just wanted to start off by saying that.
Anyway.. I was at school per usual and it was a Monday. I was sitting on one of the benches outside, waiting to go home.
My bus was late (per usual) so there wasn't that many people outside. It was around basketball season, and all the basketball players were in the gym practicing. Some of the people who rode my bus were in there watching them practice.
Since the bus wasn't gonna show up in a while, I decided to go in the gym with some of my friends.
I got up and began walking towards the athletic building. I walked in and went in the gym. I sat next to this boy named Ki. Coincidentally, Ki also happens to be my older brother.
"Hey sis. Mom said to just go home at the same time." he mumbled, wiping the sweat off his face.
"So what am I supposed to do until you done?"
He shrugged.
"Shit.. that ain't my problem."
As soon as I stood up, the coach blew the whistle and yelled that they could go get water.
"Tyla!" Ayleo boomed goofily.
I smiled as I watched him shake his dreads. He tried to hug me but I pushed him away with one finger; then rubbed the sweat on Ki.
"I'm going outside." I said to Ki.
Ayleo grabbed my arm and pulled me into him. He wrapped his arms around me so I couldn't pull away.
"If you don't get your sweaty ass off me—"
"What? What you gonna do?" he smiled.
"You gotta stop flirting with my sister man.." Ki laughed.
Ayleo smiled awkwardly and let go of me. I took off my shirt since was soaked with sweat.
"Ayo you make me so sick." I said with an attitude as I walked out of the gym.
